Loved our duo pedicures today at Tropical Nails. My first time there because I gave up on Star Nails because of waiting so long even with an appt. No wait this time! Fantastic.

After having a horrible experience at a different local salon, I tried Tropical Beauty salon. They always have an appointment same day with such friendly and efficient staff. I’ve gotten my nails done three times so far and I will keep going back. I love the Tropical Beauty Team!

I cannot say how much I appreciate this place! Not only do they do amazing work, they are amazing people. This was a much needed pedicure for my son who is autistic. They made him feel comfortable and were very patient when he needed a sensory break. We highly reccomend them and will be returning.

I had a 2:00 APPOINTMENT and sat in the pedi chair for 50 minutes waiting! Whats the use of having an appointment vs walk in? I used to really like this place. Now theyre starting to overbook just like Star nails. Guess its time to move on!

Normally i have northing but good things to say, but the nail artists were incredibly rude, completely rushed through the entire appointment, and my nails are a mess. None of my concerns were heard. And i was charged a surprising price for what was just a regular acrylic set. (Not as specified on price board) My first and last time going.

I love that I can call & 99% of the time can get in on that day, to have any service they provide done...😊

I had a very good time all my visits but I thought my nails sucked. the first time I went my jell nails started to ware and the mirror powder was almost completely worn off. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that because I worked that I was too hard on them I went back the Friday before thanksgiving and got the same mirror powder one hand wash later I discovered that most the powder didnt stick and all the acrylic was cracking so Saturday I called them and they set me up an appointment for Monday. mind you between Friday and Monday I did nothing I packed for vacation. When I had them fixed It took two hours to fix two different people and to realize I was paying 45$ for jell nails and not receiving jell polish. I noticed when they could not get my silver nail silver they decide to use the jell polish on that one finger. Here I am one week later HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING but driving due to be on vacation and my nails are cracking they are not shinny most of the mirror is rubbed off and my silver nail that took two hours to fix and all that time is completely broken cracked and about 10% of the nail is still on Ive never in my life complained about service but I pay 45$ every two weeks for my nails i pay more to get better quality. I will not go back they have lost my business

Nice hot stone foot massage with pedicure

These are my nails after less than 6 hours . I was told basically, too bad. No offer to fix them, just you must have washed your hands or banged them.
