Awful service quality on toilets. Smelled terrible before even being used and they didn’t clean graffiti. Kids use this toilet. Office lady also can’t seem to talk to customers without asking you to repeat yourself 100 times over. Save yourself time and rent from Tammy’s Alliance or Bulldog instead, maybe they’ve still got a small business mentality and won’t try to nickel and dime you.

Called to have my septic pumped, but the secretary sounded confused and asked me to hold multiple times. Hung up and called roto rooter instead.

New Location Easier To Find

This company is on top of it. I called several other companies to have a septic pumped and inspected in a rural area and these guys were the first available and had the best price. The office staff was professional, answered all my questions up front, scheduled me in right away and super easy to work with. The guys who came out to do the job were friendly, efficient and thorough. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

I had an appointment with King’s Thrones for a week and the morning they were supposed to come out they cancelled because of an employee with the flu and couldn’t reschedule for another week. I was stuck with a giant hole in my yard! I was very frustrated with their service, they need more than one employee that can handle driving their equipment so that when this happens the customer is not stuck in a bad position. The lady was nice though.
