Carol made reservations and other arrangements for trip to California.... Horrible experience.... rent a car was in a ghetto area.... bad reviews on the company but carol still made reservations without telling it giving us a choice.... car in bad shape... it stuck out for car jacking..they could tell it was a rent car.... we called her ..but all they could say oh sorry... too bad... plus they never called us back about what we were going thru.. hotel are was good... also hidden fees that we were never told too... never use this agency again... sticking with expedia... they were more helpful.. refunded us... gave us upgrade... etc etc

My experience with the ladies at MAP have been second to none. Martha, Jackie, and Carol help me as a very professional team. And shared lots of stories of their own adventures. They need to serve coffee and donuts and we could visit all day. 10 star experience !!Thank you

For 20+ years Ive used Map for both professional and personal trips. I have never been disappointed. Very personable.

Called Martha at Map Travel over a week ago and gave her our travel dates to fly to Memphis and have heard nothing from her. We wont use this company again even though they are the only ones in town.

I will never waste hours and hours on the internet trying to plan my own vacation again. Martha at MAP Travel did a fantastic job for us! I couldnt have been happier.
