I went to golden nozzle as they had the wash as many times as you like package. After telling the guy what I wanted we chose the highest package they have. I used it happily for about two weeks when I had my brakes changed and had brake dust all over my rims. So I went and washed again and still had brake dust. So I washed again with same result. I asked them to please spray down the tires(ie rims a little better) and was asked what package did I have. When I told them they said it’s not included and told they will get fired if they touch tires. Now I paid for the highest package so that I could get salt and and grime off this winter and I can see this wasn’t the best place for it. Employees are great but policies and prices arent

Definitely do not ever use this if you care about your vehicle. Left plenty of small scratches across my entire car, only went here because I didn’t have time to wash it myself. Will not be back

Great auto and self car wash. The auto wash is effective and does a nice job. The self wash bays are great! Many options for cleaning solutions, the soap brush actually produces Suds (and a ton of them) and even had a blow dry option. Id highly recommend for anyone looking to vacuum and wash their vehicle.

Wash my truck there once or twice a week. Great rate for getting your vehicle washed as many times as you want! 👍

Nice car wash my grandson really likes it and we go there whenever possible

Recently went through the automatic car wash and after a few days of building up rock salt/dust onto my vehicle, I noticed a TON of scratches all over my roof and trunk. Went to talk to the owner/manager about it and was told there was no way it was them and was probably my snow brush. I used my snow brush in front of them on my car with no snow on it and it didnt leave any scratches. They said it could be possible that someone went through with a lot of sand and debris before me but said they would of stopped the machine if that happened. Filed a complaint, emailed the district manager and left multiple voicemails with no calls back. Seems that this place is in full denial even if it is there fault, and they do not like to help you out, its been all me 100% of this process so far. So here are pics of my trunk/roof, be very careful bringing your car here in the future.

First time there, and signed up for unlimited wash per month. Very pleasant people and facility modern and clean. Plenty of vacuum cleaners for use, and air hoses for tires. Very satisfied with the cleaning.

Its a tight spot for the actual location and it sits atop a hill. There are two lanes but they arent ever manned and sometimes folks all go to one line and other times its a fight to the front. It lets out onto a busy street where it is difficult to see whats coming. The wash itself is decent, which is why I gave it 3 stars.

Ive been to all their locations. The Lewiston location is the only one that doesnt have issues. Rethinking my subscription.

After paying for the 24.99 monthly wash I went to vacuum my car and noticed that the drivers side of the car still had a lot of dirt on it I will do a wash tomorrow and see how it looks I guess but the first one was not that good

Scratched my vehicle multiple times and they will not take responsibility for damage.

The Lewiston location has ripped the rear wiper blade off my Honda Pilot twice now, and also an additional plastic piece off my rear wiper arm. This has never happened at any other car wash.

The short man that works there was very rude, I waited about 3 minutes and wasn’t sure where anyone was so I honked my horn once and he made me roll me window down to tell me he was walking and was VERY rude about it! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Excellent car Wash good people working the front of the line my car is always clean and shiny when I come out I had a small problem with the car wash damaging a portion of my Jaguar and I was able to go inside and have it taken care of most people would have been really upset but it wasnt the attendance fault in the company is doing the right thing thank you guys

Come here on occasion to get the car washed never really have to wait in line and car always comes out clean though the tunnel does miss a few spots but for the money worth it. Only complaint is the guide rails your car is on feel clunky and and have scratched my wheels on occasion

The best car wash in town. They have great vacuum cleaners that actually work really really well and do a great job. The self-service wash bays accept debit cards which comes in handy when you are low on cash. I wish the vacuums accepted debit cards though... The automatic wash does a nice job on the exterior cleanliness and they offer unlimited car wash passes starting at $15. I have the $20 pass and have always been satisfied.

I visit this car wash before I return home from most of my journeys - I pay a monthly fee for this privilege. I am hoping to extend the life of my new-to-me vehicle. Living in Maine is hard on vehicles due to the harsh winters and all the salt covering the roads and parking lots. This salt is what I will try to keep off the undercarriage and fenders, resisting rust. It is so convenient to have a place like this that is economical AND I dont have to get my feet wet! to keep my car rust free.

Lewiston location no longer does 3 minute car washes.. its now around 2min and 20sec. Equipment seems to be failing..brush machines are not like they used to be. And they have increased the price by 5bucks more and you get less

I was just at your lewiston location speaking with your manager. On January 6 I had 2 of my wheel scratched very deeply by your car wash. I had a witness with me that felt and heard The grinding while your car wash damage my vehicle. The guy I just spoke to was calling me a liar to my face telling me there is no way possible for this to happen. And I can assure you your car wash is 100% responsible for scratching my vehicle and I will not stop until this is Rectified. I have never ever in my life seen such poor customer service by a manager in my entire life. If I have to get authorities involved I absolutely will. I have tried to call corporate 3 or 4 times I have left messages at no response Im starting to think this is how the entire company works up the ladder. I would appreciate it if I could speak to someone that can expeditiously solve this issue for me. Thank you

Busy but a great car wash. Bays are kept clean and full service is a great deal!

Just make sure you understand that when you sign up for the month pass it will continue to charge you on your credit card. I was not informed of that but they refunded me the extra 2 months I was charged for with no questions asked, so I have no complaints.

Their unlimited subscription is a good value and I enjoy stopping in whenever I can. The facility is modern and clean, and does a good job.

This is the best car wash in the area. Sometimes it is a long line but not if you go at an odd time. The monthly plans are a good deal.

My truck was still covered in soap upon exit & it was pretty expensive for the poor wash quality & no hand drying like Yvonnes does, for less money. The dryers at the end didnt dry very well either. We wont go back.
