I’m not sure who it was, I think it was a manager but the woman was beyond rude to me about not wearing a mask. I can’t wear a mask or face covering for mental health reasons and the employee confronted me AFTER I had checked out and said I couldn’t be in the store and that I had to leave even after I told her I couldn’t wear a mask. She said that the checker wasn’t even supposed to sell me anything because I wasn’t wearing a mask and that I couldn’t come into the store anymore. My family has spent literally thousands of dollars at Tri State and this is how I’m rewarded. We will be taking our business to somewhere more accommodating and deserving.

Very friendly staff to help with our purchases. Good selection of clothes, shoes and other sporting goods. Such a fun place to look at. Dont pass on this store.

Pretty good little store for outdoors clothing and equipment. Fair prices and very helpful staff. Great selection as well. Ive been going to Tri-State since I was a little kid and the only store was in Moscow.

Not much to say, it appears they are closing down. So selection was very low, and the prices for what they actually did have were quite high, with the exception of carhartt items, which are actually priced very reasonably.

I love their products and they always have excellent and knowledgeable people.

Excellant service! The sales clerks helped us get just what we wanted for the best price. We rented kayaks and then bought some. Their shoes areexcellent as well.
