Just overly not impressed with the facility. Haircut was fine and such but its just another big chain Haircut shop.

If you’re a business that is going to require a mask, you need to have masks on hand. Telling me to go get a mask from another business is unprofessional and poor planning on your part. Also, you refused service to someone who didn’t wear a mask due to medical reasons and told them you needed to see a doctors note. That wasn’t me, however that’s not legal. It violates HIPPA laws and is discrimination based on health reasons.

The lady that cut my hair did a great job

Hairstylist was nice but only one worker. She told me to come back in 15 mins, I end up waiting another 20 minutes.

HORRIBLE customer service, very snooty.Didn’t cut my husband’s hair correctly after having a attitude about how good she can do a low fade she completely messed up his hair line in the back and did NOT know how to do a low fade!

She did a wonderful job!

TWO TIMES IN A ROW this place gave my sister lice. It’s disgusting! They don’t clean their tools. They also gave me an atrocious haircut (cut it WAY too short) last time I was there. Disgusting! Do not go here, there are so many better (and in some cases even cheaper) options!

Aside from having to wear a mask while they cut my hair, Im pleased with the end result!

I walked in and was able to get a hair cut. The person cutting my hair listened to what I wanted and gave me the cut I wanted not what they thought I needed. I love my haircut and get many compliments on it.

I came in to Supercuts two weeks ago and asked about Sam; I was told that she no longer worked there. Then today I go to Ulta for makeup & I see Sam!!! She tells me that shes been working there for almost a month. So if any of Sams regulars are looking for her, shes at Ulta Beauty in the Salon section in the back! 😊

Its really sad how nobody listens I went in wanting to get a pixie undercut ended up walking out with something I didnt ask for at all was a waste of 20$ spent over an hour just for one undercut obviously the hairstylist I had was a blonde and it sure shows a lot

Grandsons first haircut. Sam did a great job!

Went there to get my hair bleached and the girl who did it named sam didnt know what she was doing and she put grey toner in the blond to take out some of the yellow and left it in too long. So my hair turned purple and grey and I had to pay 70$ for hair color I didnt want and they didnt offer to fix it.

My husband got his hair cut and it was $18. I gave the girl $4 tip... She said oh wait you you did an amount of $22.. yep I said have a good day. Apparently I tipped her $22 because I didnt read the machine correctly (they are all different now days lol) and when I called back to question the charge she told me the total I put in was the tip total not the total sale.. Oh my bad huh... Yep have a nice day she said and hung up.... Sad thing it wasnt that great of a haircut especially for a $22 tip! Wont be going back to that place, didnt feel like she cared I made a mistake. 😣

Got me in quick, good haircut, reasonable price.

The girl that cut my hair didnt listen to me at all. She was rude. She seems irritated at me because I had a back job hair cut that I only wanted blended. After wards she didnt even blow dry or give me one idea on what to do about styling this super short cut that I didnt even ask for. I even told her over and over blend it is all I want she not only didnt blend it she made the layers even shorter And completely straight. I would not recommend using this salon. Spend the extra cash to get a good beutition. I learned the hard way

I went in last minute to get a trim next thing you know i go back in the following week to get my hair died. Wendy is my gal! 😄
