Been here twice, both times they were helpful and respectful. First time the lady came off a little rude, but really wasnt and provided more help than expected. Second time was for a license plate renewal. Kristi was friendly and extremely quick. I was out the door in the time it took me to write the check.

They have some fresh blood. But honestly your going to get one of the old ladies that has worked there a very long time. They know their job, but they have just about no customer service anymore. Like other reviews, these ladies just sound angry and rude when they are talking to customers. I laugh just like most who have lived in this valley for 10yrs or more. They are the demons we deal with, happy to see new blood once in awhile in there with good customer service.

Very unpleasant experience. The person who didnt help me was rude while not doing it.not looking forward to the return trip since the 5 documents I had including prison ID werent enough to prove identity. Ugh.

My husband is in the military so we have been out of Idaho for over 16 years. We have kept ID as our home of record and like to keep our vehicles registered in ID as well. The office has been extremely helpful and patient with me as we just registered two vehicles, transferred a registration/plates, and registered/titled an RV. Paperwork in the military is extensive, completing our registrations via phone/mail is no different but with an open mind and patience on both sides this office has done what they can to help us and made the process as painless as possible. Took awhile long lines but soon as we got to the window it was fast and lady was nice and helpful

I called in to speak to someone Tuesday morning because I had a lot of questions. Were military and were in the middle of a transition. She started spouting off a list of things I would need. I thought she said Id need my husbands ID and she said no like I said his SS number. The whole time she sounded rude and like I was inconveniencing her. When I told her she didnt need to be rude she had the nerve to tell me I was being rude. I never once raised my voice or cussed so I have no idea what she was talking about.

Check on the computer to make sure they were open and what time they were open got down there and they were closed for training Day sure glad I dont live all the way out of town
