Hi I had my water pump go out a few years ago and Dale fixed it for me, he also fixed my monte carlo for me about 10 years ago and saved me a lot of money and did a great job! I was having issues with taking my car into shops and getting them back just for them to break again and i have NEVER had that problem with Dale he actually fixes it right and does not make up a bunch of repairs hes a great mechanic!

I posted an earlier entry 18 Jan. 2013 that is worthy of review. It can be found at Dales main page, Company Info, Customer Testimonials.....so it is about time for an update. Basically no change (which, for me, is a good thing). Still utilizing Dales for servicing our vehicle, and still satisfied with everything. They have well withstood the Test of Time, which in todays very competitive marketplace speaks volumes. Having said that, they have not sat back and rested on their laurels, but rather have continued to stay abreast & up-to-date on the constantly emerging latest technology. It is not the most convenient repair facility for us as it is about an hours drive from where we live, but we consider it well worth the drive.

Great service, prices, and workmanship. Up front about the price, came in close to the estimate, and the work was done right. Friendly staff and they obviously care about their customers. I am a fairly critical guy and dont give places much slack when it comes to customer service, so the fact that I am a repeat customer should say a lot.

I am so Glad to have found Dales. They have guided me well in proper maintenance and worthwhile upgrades to my Ford Superduty. Service is excellent. Staff are excellent. Hats off to Jameson and Mike on the advice they gave me when deciding on tires, wheels and a leveling kit.

Horrible service! I took my car in and it sat for two weeks without moving. He was trying to charge us for his electric bill because he charged a battery that he Knew was no good. He never called to keep us updated or to tell us we needed a battery replacement. We constantly had to call him and he was extremely slow claiming he didnt have much time to look at it due to being interrupted. He said he was doing one more test to decide what the issue was and two days later left a message he was having surgery and would be out for 2 weeks more. Never taking a vehicle there again.

I had brake problems with my 99 sti jdm that i imported last year. The guys at vancouver subaru club told me to go to dales auto and i did. That was the best decision i made. These guys knows subaru. They did an awesome job with my car. Not only that, they knew exactly what other issues i had that i didnt know of. I will recomend this company to all my friends, subaru owners or not.
