Luckily when I called Tim answered the phone and was knowledgeable about this Honda Pilot. Gave me honest and accurate information over the phone. He was prompt with all my needs and questions. Able to do credit app and deposit over the phone in minutes. They got CRAZY low financing options. Will do business again. The savings was great compared to the market in Central Oregon. Rented a u-haul auto transport trailer and save thousands. It was a great auto buying experience. There No Bull aggressive pricing makes the experience haggle free. The Honda dealership did a full service in the Pilot taking care of a big maintenance service. Ask for Tim and get a honest answer

I had a great experience with Joe Hall Ford. My sales person, Mitch, was very professional and very well versed in what seemed to be all thingsF-150 . He patiently let me ask as many questions about the operation of my new high tech Ford F-150 Hybrid truck as I felt I needed. I have called him several times after getting home and he always takes the time to answer my questions.Recently I was wanting to add a part that did not come standard with the truck. I just recently bought a car from Trevor. Randomly a week later my sunroof wouldn’t work. We live in Moscow but we’re down there so we decided to stop by to see if they could get it to shut. We were greeted by a man name Mitch who right away took a look himself along with grabbing a few other guys. They couldn’t get it shut but sent us with a loaner. The next day I got a call saying they got it to shut and the part is being ordered at no charge to us! We really appreciate that after the amount of money we spent. They asked no questions, helped us right away. I loved how our sales man personally called me to let me know what was going on. It had to be almost right after they opened. Found the truck I wanted from Joe Hall Ford. I live 300 miles away, so they held it for me with a deposit so I could drive up and see it. Salesman Mitch drove it and gave me a report on it and answered all my questions. They wouldnt budge on the price, not even 1%, but it was a fair price and know used cars and trucks value is very high right now. When I arrived at the dealership, the truck was cleaned and ready for me. It was as promised, and I purchased it for the asking price. I had to rent a trailer to get my personal car back home, and Mitch took the time to help me load my car on the trailer. Good experience. Thanks guys!

Brand new f450, 3260 miles on it built as a fire truck broke down on a fire in the Lewiston area while fighting the fire. They wouldn’t look at it, wouldn’t diagnose it, couldn’t get it in to their shop for 2-3-4 weeks! The attitude I got from Micheal in the service Dept caused me to ask for the service manager, Scott. He was no better. They did nothing for my truck, or my crew and showed zero interest. I own 17 Ford trucks and deal with dealerships all over the country. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! I spoke with several other mechanics/car people in the area of Lewiston. All had similar experiences. Do yourself a favor if in the market for a new car or truck, do not buy from these jokers. We’ve had great experiences in CDL at the Ford dealer there, in Boise, Salt Lake City and others. This place is a joke! If they can’t get to a $250,000 brand new fire truck when a fire is literally burning in their communities back yard they will do nothing for you and your needs. We needed a 5 min computer diagnostics exam! The disrespect, terrible attitude, belittling communication and absolute lack of concern or willingness to assist drove me to write this review. We are a fleet customer buying several trucks a year from Ford. You can do better by going north or south
I have been stewing on this a bit, but was personally aggravated by the lack of professional courtesy provided by the sales team here. My wife and I both are looking into buying 2 brand new vehicles, and both were treated like a burden when we arrived. My wife wants an SUV, and not a small cheap throw away kind either. I would like a big full size truck, and we have the money to buy outright if the price is right, but I would rather drive to spokane or seattle after the way I was treated. So sad that they went there. Stopped by Chevy dealership, even though I am not a Chevy guy, just based on how poorly we were treated.

This dealership wouldnt help our fire crew when our new 2020 F-450 had a issue. This caused us to be stuck in Lewiston Idaho for days while there was a critical need for our engine and structures threatened! Dont support them at all they were rude and uncaring and left us high and dry unable to do our job. If this issue had happened on the line and not in the way to camp it could have cost me and my crew our lifes

Got an oil change on our motorhome July 2, 2021 the service tech was great very professional and the lady in the billing department was very nice and the service was done 👍very timely.
Very sad, got my oil changed here, didnt put my oil filter on all the way so my car was leaking oil. Also spilt oil all over my engine. I live 45 minutes away so I ended up just retightening my oil filter at my parents and then told them about what happened and they wouldnt accomodate for my next oil change. Was trying to give my local Ford dealership service but not coming here again.
Me and my wife purchased our first car together from there runs great so far, they fixed our sun roof for free after it stopped working would have cost us 500 dollars if we had to do it definitely a positive first experience....and I want to give a shout out to our awesome car sales men Trevor I would Definitely buy another vehicle from him in the future

I always deal with Jerry in sales. Love his personality. The service seems to frequently change areas for oil changes to and from express building and back to main building. Also seems to be booked out over a week now, when previously was able to book for the same week. Friendly staff in all departments. Courtesy shuttle is good too.

Very good they try to help you as best they can but its typical Ford problem most of the Fords they quit making parts available after 3 years so you have to get something after market which usually doesnt fit correct

We were visiting our daughter in Lewiston when I discovered my 2020 F 250 was leaking oil. I went to Joe Hall to see if they would look at it. The service manager said he could look at it on the 15th of August. I ask if someone could look under truck to get an idea how bad the leak was. No cant do that.I called my dealer in Oklahoma to see if they could find a dealer or anyone to help me. They contacted Ford Roadside Assistance for help and they contacted Jess Ford in Pullman WA. They went out of their way to help a stranded owner where Joe hall didnt give a darn.

Ive never posted a review of anybody before, but this I couldnt let go. We pulled in to Joe hall ford last week to have them check the right front tire for a leak. This is a 20 minute repair. I bought these tires from a ford dealership in Rexburg, Idaho.This guy I assumed was the service manager looked at his book and I couldnt believe what came out of his mouth, we wouldnt be able to look at it for at least a week . A low tire for hell sakes.

He provided us with answers to all questions easily, was encouraging and showed so much care during the whole process. We were traveling thru the area on an extended driving trip & needed a quick oil change. I called, spoke to Jason who was terrific. He was friendly, had s “can do” attitude and assured me that if I could get to the service center at least 30 minutes before closing that he would make certain we were taken care of. He greeted me upon arrival and we were back on the road less than 40 minutes later. Great, friendly efficient service.
Update, Joe Hall Did get ahold of me and after a week I received a check from Ford for the burned pcm. Thanks. I was very frustrated with the lack of professionalism and lack of honest customer service I have received from this company. It has been 8 months since I purchased a computer and flashing of said part for my truck through Joe Hall Ford. The part came with a 2 year warranty. My truck has not run from day one. It took two months to convince them something was wrong. Diagnostics were run showing the computer was still not working. Ford stated they ordered a new computer and then nothing. I have been to the shop several times and Ford tells me that the reason that they cant get another is because the Ford Company has not gotten any computers turned in for rebuild that will work for my truck.The Ford manufacturer has been out of and has no idea OF WHEN they will have it. The computer is the same computer that is in all trucks of this model from the years 01 thru 07. All I want is what I paid for from day one, this new rebuild computer was a failure. I went back to see about a refund and was told by the head service writer that he could not refund my money because it is on a warranty part, even though I bought this computer and had it flashed at this dealer. I feel it is only reasonable that after 8 months I would like for my truck to be running. This kind of service could be costing me a lot of money if I were dependent upon my truck to get me back and forth to work or I needed it to perform my job. Service has been very difficult to work with and has provided very poor customer service skill. Highly disappointed with theunprofessional service and attitude of this company. Next time I will choose to go else where in order to get what I paid for. Very disappointing to know this is the quality of service received locally here in our valley! I would like to give 5 stars if I could get this resolved. UPDATE. News Joe Hall has responded and we are working it out. happy day. Just maybe 5 stars? Wife gives 3 so I guess 4 stars.

Went today to get my oil changed. Not only do they change the oil and they check out the whole vehicle. Lights, tires, brakes, etc. Then they vacuumed it and washed it! Its a great deal and great service!

This review is for their BODY SHOP.I take care of a businessmans high end car collection, and Gary Russell and the crew has gone above and beyond in repairing/painting the Bentley that we have taken to him 3 times now for door dings, etc. Matched the paint PERFECTLY, and hes always friendly and ready to help.Will keep coming back!
They charged me $824 for an oil change and a brake job on my Ford F-150. I called around and could have had this done for $200 at another Ford Dealership. I feel completely ripped off. When I told them that was far too high of a price they said sorry but that’s what they charge. Labor alone was $569 and I was there 3 hours. Do the math, that is $190/hour. If they are charging this rate to everyone, I highly encourage you to shop around. If I was overcharged because they took advantage of a situation (single female), then that’s a whole other issue.
Ordered: Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Safety InspectionOil Change was done correctly and I thought that the safety inspection was very thorough and complete. Only issues I had was with the tire rotation.I drove away after having a service done and the hub covers on my rims started coming loose and one fell off .75miles away for the service bay. Had to take it back twice. Took them 3hours to drill and tap a new threads in my rim. I can understand that parts get old but to break the screws and not notify the customer is where I get upset. Had I been told about the issue I would of been happy to the low price for the replacement screws provided I wasnt charged for labor.Customer service could be much improved. Be happy to try this place again if a coupon came out.

Joe Hall Ford is the best!! Would love to give them more than 5 stars! Summer is very busy for them, but they still got my truck in within what I would call a very reasonable time. Sounds like some other reviewers think everything stops for them no matter how many people are in front of them... Of course it helps to review the same place twice when you have unrealistic expectations more than once. Go be a degrading keyboard warrior somewhere else. I would love to know what actually happened with your car. I however couldnt be happier with the entire service department and the service they provided me and my truck!

More than excellent. Tried out the new Eco sport titanium and was very impressed, light years ahead from my last vehicle purchased from there, that was in 1997 from Scott Rockstad, a 350 dual cab Powerstroke thats still running strong and dont plan on parting with it.

Fantastic and well organized shop. Stopped by on way back to Spokane. I have a 2013 Jetta TDI. It requires 507.00 spec oil. I stopped at jiffy lube down the street and they wanted$50 to change oil even if I provided mine (because they do not carry my specific oil.) Stopped in at Joe Hall was charged $19 AND they even topped off my other fluids! Way to go guys. Thank you!
