As the result of Mr. Ferguson doing so, my best words what a difference honesty makes when being represented by an honest man in a honest law firm.Unfortunately the previous law firm had done so much damage to my case with their dishonesty it was nearly impossible for Mr. Ferguson to undo some of the things that had been done. Regardless, he persevered using every legal and lawful technique available to correct the damages.In spite of his best efforts, through no fault of his, some of the initial portion of my case was compromised considerably by that prior dishonesty. Nevertheless there were other portions and conditions of my case that were ongoing and there was still a possibility of some sort of victory there.With cautious and deliberate lawyer work Mr. Ferguson continued working in my behalf on the final portion of the first part of my case. Although the dishonesty had prevailed somewhat and contributed to my case being compromise it did not prevail fully. Mr. Fergusons concerted efforts using his knowledge of the law along with honest procedures provided at leas,t a partial victory.However, my case still had a ways to go, in a second phase where the dishonesty from the first firm could not have a bearing on the outcome. And it was here where Mr. Fergusons expertise in legal matters that were essential and necessary in my case would really come to the forefront.In the end I consider my case was won in totality.
