Friendly staff great atmosphere nice place will go again

I was desperately trying to find a certain cook top for my home remodel. Largents was listed as a distributor and although they were 2 hours away, I am so glad I contacted them. The owner (sorry, I dont remember his name) was extremely knowledgeable and quick to find me what I wanted. There were only two he could find out there and quickly ordered one for me. It came in fairly quick in these difficult times and I am very happy with my new cooktop in my home and very thankful for those at Largents who made it happen! I rarely post reviews but when someone goes out of there way to help you, I want to let others know.

We are building a duplex and I ordered all of our appliances with Craig at Largents. Craig was very easy to work with, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me! The delivery personnel, Jordan and Josh were also very professional and personable. Largents has wonderful customer service and I appreciate that. I retired from customer service so It is the first thing I look for when Im purchasing anything. Their customer service is terrific, we’ve had a couple minor things happen on two different appliances. Before they scheduled a service tech to come out they gave us a couple things to check. Both times they told us what to look for or try, fixed the problem right away! They are very friendly and knowledgeable! We won’t go anywhere else from now on!! Thank you Largents!!

I dropped my dryer off yesterday,today they called to say it was ready to go. They are extremely fair and honest, I highly recommend Largent for all appliance needs.

Theyre fine. Its an appliance store and were looking for a new refrigerator. We found one and were going to get it. Of course its going to be almost a month before we get it, but thats bc of covid shutting everything down.

We had a great experience working with Largents. My husband and I had to replace a very old Kitchen Aid 2 drawer dishwasher that was mostly dead and not worth repairing. Our only option (because of our kitchen design) was to replace it with another drawer dishwasher (Fisher and Paykel is the only company that makes those anymore). Largents was the only place that actually had the unit we needed in stock, as well as the best price. They also recommended Unlimited Heating and Refrigeration to do the installation, who did an exceptional job. We live in Moscow and conducted the entire transaction by phone but everything went smoothly. Customer service from everyone was excellent, especially Craig and Kent. So helpful, Thank you!I have had two major appliance breakdowns in the last 6 months and needed parts going into the weekend. The folks at Largent’s not only had them available, and in Stock, but one item was very comparable priced to “Prime”, and the other was even cheaper than online. Nice!Since I was coming in from out of town, they even stayed open until I could get there on a Friday evening. Really appreciate that kind of help.Wonderful home-town service.Highly recommend!

Adam Olinger (technician employee) does not respect others opinions other than whats on his own agenda; will retaliate and attempt to sabotage if he disagrees with you. I would definitely look elsewhere for your business rather than deal with a malicious employee such as this. Largents Appliance should be embarrassed to employ an individual like Adam.

We purchased our refrigerator here we love it, repair service has happened twice. It all covered by warranty

Did a great job! Significantly beat the big box store price and nothing about you have to buy three or more appliances to get a good deal. Installation was great. They hit a few snags and dealt with it with ease. Highly recommend.
