Parker was absolutely amazing! He was able to fix our air conditioner without any problems… He was extremely professional and made sure that I was aware of everything that was being done. Would definitely recommend!

They came to see what was leaking. Was here less than 5 minutes and charged me almost 70 dollars. Oh well I went somewhere else and they missed out on about ten thousand dollars worth of work.

Technicians were great. When they did show up. They somehow lost my appt. Supposed to be between 9:30 and 11:00 . AM. No one showed, I called at 1230 pm. They said they did not have an app for me, possible computer problem.I made the appt about two weeks prior. They said they could get someone over later in the afternoon. When the technician showed up he told me the gal who does the scheduling admitted to him that she made a mistake and screwed up. Wasted my whole day. So if you do use mikes double or tripple check, on your appt to make sure they have it correct. Well check 4 times to be sure. Not the first time this has happened to me.

John and Nick were very nice. Cleaned my ducts and vents. They also found my coil was 3/4 clogged, which they fixed. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Jim is also great. He found that my AC had problems originally, and that my circuit board panel needed replacement. He also suggested that duct and vent cleaning be done. Glad he did. Great company!

I would like to thank Jeff, Dan and Brian for their professionalism, quality work, kindness and understanding with my animals. They were all very courteous and punctual when installing a central air system in my home. They also answered all of my questions and never made me feel bad for asking so many. We were unable to repair the main problem I had due to a broken pipe under a large concrete slab which would have been cost prohibitive. However Mike was able to repair the other two leaks even though there were terrible clearance issues. He persevered through a very long day to get the job done and get our service restored. Thanks.Update: got the bill...$1120 seems like a lot to replace 2 valves. Not really my fault that it took 9 hours to do it.

I’ve had several interactions with the folks at Mike’s over the past month. First of all, Matt came to figure out why my A/C was not working properly. He thought it might be the thermostat, but did not pressure me into having him install a new one. He graciously checked out the A/C unit and the level of “product.” I agreed to have Keith come and inspect my equipment and he gave me a bid. After I’d accepted the bid I had second thoughts and told him I felt I needed a second opinion. He did not try to talk me out of it, but said, “when you get another bid I’d be happy to go over it with you just to make sure you are comparing apples to apples.” He walked me through all the aspects of the new equipment and I felt comfortable having Mike’s install a new furnace and A/C unit. Dan and Don came early in the morning on the warmest day of the year and those two worked all day, along with other men and installed everything in one day. They respected my space and left no trace of having been here. Last week John came to clean out my ductwork and actually installed a mesh screen over the whole in the floor – an added service I did not expect. Today another technician Brandon arrived to patch a whole in the cold air return. I feel like the grandma of all these nice young men, they’ve taken good care of me and my home. I’m a really happy customer.

I’m having multiple things done at my home. The first guys to show up for the electrical work were Corey and Jace. These guys really know their job and were very friendly, even when “old house” complications arose. Since I was home during the duration of the job, we even enjoyed a laugh or two. Brent and Noah came out this morning to clean out the air ducts before a new furnace gets installed. They were friendly and professional and did a great job. What a great crew they were friendly and professional, they really worked hard at cleaning the duct system and took extra care to clean the dryer vent and to put it back in better condition than they found it. All in all a great job, but they did leave dirty hand prints on a few walls and vents, thats why they got a four out of five, but we were still vary please.

Just had our yearly furnace service done by Mikes Mechanical, they called to let us know that the service man was able to come early-great!! Kevin M. also called to let us know when he would be here. Kevin introduced himself at the door, asked if he needed to put booties on so he didnt get mud on our carpet or floors-I was impressed when asked this question. We called Mikes as we were having issues with our water heater. They sent Matt out to take care of the problem and he arrived at the designated time. Matt was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Within a short period of time he replaced the thermocouple and our hot water heater up was up and running again. Thank you Matt and Mikes. No more cold showers.

Kyle did a great job on installing our water heater. He was courteous and kind and made sure not to inconvenience us or our home while he was here. The removal was not the easiest but his patience in taking out the old appliance was awesome. He was unable to finish in one day and he scheduled his return based on what was convenient for us. I appreciate him accommodating my wishes by changing the drainage system in the new heater. I will recommend your service.

Shawn Bovee arrived early facing a very difficult, if not impossible job. Shawn has that Can do and do it right kind of attitude. Somehow he was able to navigate through a crawl space a cat wouldnt dare! Installed a new P trap on our shower in half the time we both thought possible. Have tried multiple times this summer to even get someone here to call me back and help me. Still have yet to receive one call back. My a/c has been out all summer, I have 2 kids and were barely making due with a window a/c and fans. I was told twice I would receive a call back that day, once in June, once in July, now its August and still havent heard back. Ill be going to a different company from now on, one that makes their customers at least feel a little bit like they matter. What a joke.

The electrician that installed my lights and fan did a great job. However I felt like it took too long. I feel like $580 to exchange two light fixtures and a fan in one room was overcharging. Lesson learned!

Wow. It was 98 degrees Friday and my house got to 86 degrees. I called on a Saturday morning and was able to get the best service and quick service. Issue was a bad capacitor and was easily changed out. House is at 73 now and we are all happy. Very professional and will use again in the future. Also will recommend to all!!!!This post was from last summerToday the house was at 61. Called this morningElectrician/tech showed up and introduced himself. Asked if I wanted him to wear booties.He quickly figured out what was wrong and made repairs.House is being heated nowThank you Mike’s for great service!!

We chose Mikes to have our air ducts cleaned. They were very polite on the phone and said they wear shoe covers and leave our house just as it was before they arrived. Not the case! I was also told 4-5 hours to properly clean the vents. It took them 1.5 hours after they started their set up. They rushed and/or didnt complete the job properly. They left dirt/debris around all the vents and a large amount of dirt on the floor under the air return. They had to cut into the ducting near our furnace for an access point. They left sharp metal shards all over the floor and the large piece they cut out was just thrown on the floor as well. I have 2 small kids and pets that could have hurt themselves if I hadnt checked the area first. I spent 30 minutes cleaning up their mess. I called and expressed my concerns and was told a supervisor would return my call the next morning (Tuesday) and didnt get a call until Friday. He simply said hed look into it and call me back Monday. I didnt get a call until the following Wednesday. His solution was to offer me a percentage off a future service. We spend almost $400 for the ducts and wish I had spent that elsewhere. I will not do business with Mikes again. Not only did they do a terrible job, the supervisor did nothing to remedy the problem and also took his time to get back to me. Proving to me that it wasnt a priority. Mikes lost our business for good!
