My wife got there at exactly when they open just to get 2 tires mounted and balanced that werent even on a car, and waited over 2 hours to get them. They want to do everything on their time. They get paid by hour, not for getting work done. Really wish lewisburg had a good tire shop

So I was refered to the local CO OP and I have to say this. I got there at 7:30 AM. The exact time they open. With a list of exactly what I needed done to my car. So I go to work all day and go back at 3:10 PM. My Key Fob and paperwork was put in a plastic bag placed into a box that that no one else who worked there even knew where my stuff was at. Only to find that my car had not even been looked at.

Dropped my car there 3 and a half weeks ago for an electrical problem, nothing crazy but just something I understand might take someone time figuring out. So I understand it might take time finding the issue, but thats there job right? So I went on a Monday and they were slammed. They told me theyll get to it by Wednesday Thursday that week, knew that wasnt going to happen, long story short they never even looked at it or could give me a period of time when they could look at it, after watching cars flowing in and out of there and the lot changing cars. They were also blunt with an undertone of rudeness with their well get to it on our own time attitude. Called Brown and son towing and auto yesterday and they picked it up that day and its sitting inside there shop.EDITCO OP sucks, just found out my problem was only the starter and my ac fan. I got figured out in two days what co op blew me off for almost 4 weeks to do.

They take great care of my vehicle and always let me know if somethings wrong. Down home atmosphere and they really care about your schedule

Its a cool place to get unloaded if you are flatbed driver the people that unloaded me was nice and really respectful towards me

I always enjoy their quick and reliable service whenever my car needs a tune up or oil change.

I made an appointment and waited two hours for them to even look at my car.Nothing was wrong so no charge. But it was incredibly frustrating to go to the trouble of making an appointment and not have it matter at all.

They checked my antifreeze and made sure it was up to par and didnt charge me a dime. Very quick Service as well. This is very helpful for a senior with health issues who lives alone.

I found everything I needed here and prices were reasonable. The place is clean and organized too.

Good place, nice people. Some things a bit pricey but available when no one else has them. Auto repairs never finished or started on time. Been there twice for auto repairs on the specified appointment time and waited about an hour for them to get the car into the bay. Both adventures there about the same as waiting for a doctor to see you. One trip I left my car at 7:30am, they said come back around 2pm. I came back and waited till 3:00 before the work was completed. They did do good work though.

Unfriendly for no reason. 1 guy working, 4 standing around. Wasting my time. Didnt put my hubcap back on, i guess that costs extra? Acted like i was bothering them by being there. Yall are a joke.

A glider on sale for my daughter and she had to take it back wouldnt fit together right almost gave her problems taking it back plus put my name down for a wheelbarrow that was on sale for Fathers Day because none came in never got a call so dont plan on going back will go to Lowes or home Depot

Great folks here! We broke down on our way home and on a Saturday they were able to get us fixed up and on the road again, and didnt charge is an arm and leg. If we lived in the are this is where wed go for all our automotive needs.

Alot of American made stuff of course American made is a little higher cause it last 10 times longer got a pair of hedge times from china last 30mins went here got some made in USA and finished then job payed 4 more dollars higher for USA made but thay will last me 10years not 30mins you get what you pay for

I absolutely love this store. It combines everything except groceries in one place. I could easily spend a whole paycheck here on everything from tractor parts, clothing, baby chicks, live plants, get your car worked on and then fill up the tank!

I actually came here looking for a new power drill (which I found at a great price by the way). I didnt know they also have a full service auto center.Ive been meaning to get new tires on my truck for awhile. Pricing is important to me and I was pleasantly surprised by their pricing. What will bring me back again is their great customer service. I trust these guys and would definitely recommend them.

If you need it, they have it, at a great price, and with a friendly staff that just makes you know youre always welcome there.

I took my lawn mower up there to have some work done to it. I told them what I wanted fixed they quote me a price and then when I get up there its a higher price because they put a part on there that I didnt tell them to put on and then I get the mower home and something else tares up so they are doing shady business up there

Took my daughters Jeep in for a power strg pump and went to pick it up and the interior was covered in grease and they never cleared the check engine light. I went in to complain and they sent the mechanic out and he tells me he didnt do it. I explained Im not a mechanic so it wasnt me who made it greasy. I explained the engine light was one due to their repair and he explained that it must have been in before. This place is a joke!!

On my last visit I needed help finding something. I went to the desk for help where 3 guys were talking to each other all employees. Not one said anything to me and after several minutes I left. When passing the front check out the lady looked the other way. Previous visits were great but this one was unacceptable.

I brought my car to have brake pads changed and when I get called to pick up I have a $470 bill because they replaced calipers,rotors,hoses, and brake pads. Never received a call to ask if this is what I wanted or if I had the money to pay it. Needless to say a month later the brakes started acting up again. I was very displeased with their service and the desk clerk is not very customer friendly.

Beware, check facts. This place is notorious for giving false information and overcharging.

Ive been shopping at this co op in my hometown for several years and if they dont have it they will help you find it or they will try to get it themselves. Nothing bad to say about the guys and gals at Lewisburg Co-Op!!
