I was having a terrible day, and came into advance to make a payment. Ashley was so wonderful, its almost as if she could see I was in a rough place even though I thought I showed little expression. She asked me how my day was, and broke the ice with the funniest joke while still getting my info pulled up, she went over my payment options and made sure i knew how many payments i had left. Ashley turned my whole day around with her kindness and professionalism. Advance Financial is so lucky to have an employee who is still a human and knows how to make each experience personal and who hasnt become a robot like so many other people in those jobs do.
