This is my 5th time visiting Yocheer and for the 5th time I am extremely happy with how my nails came out. It’s so hard to find a salon where all the employees are adept at their craft. I had a different person do my nails each of my 5 visits and have NEVER been disappointed! I have attached photos of some of my visits. My nails look amazing! They came out even better then I had expected. The nice man who did my nails couldn’t have done it any better. All of my nails are even and look just like the inspiration picture! I am very pleased with the results!

Amy does my nails to perfection! I’m always happy when I leave and they last so long! They definitely use quality products and know what they are doing! It can get super busy so I always make my appts during slower times! Even if I have to wait a little bit it is so worth it

The absolute worst nail salon you could go to. Before going I called before hand to find out about prices. I was told a pedicure was $20 and a full set of acrylics was $45. My bill at the end was $135. They lie about there prices and don’t tell you about extra costs until after the service is done. My pedicure was the worst thing I’ve ever experienced I felt like my feet were getting assaulted. I had to ask the lady (kitty) to be gentle at least 5 times. She cut my skin in 7 different spots on my feet and shaved off the back of my ankle. They are so extremely unprofessional as I was getting my pedicure because one nail lady was in a rush to go home an hour before close she began to do my acrylics while I was sitting in a pedicure chair she got the white powdery all over my clothes and handbag. After my pedicure was over she rushed me to finish my hands and was not even looking at my hands while filing she cut my fingers in 4 spots by using the electric drill on my skin I told her many time it was burning. I did not get the length I wanted or the right color. She rushed my whole set and did it in under 30 minutes normally it would take at least an hour. My sister had the same exact experience completely ripped off for a horrible experience. They also had a dog running around with no care for people who may be scared or allergic

I loved this salon when they first opened. I’m not sure what happened in the last few months. This is my daughter’s foot after her pedicure. I’m not sure what I paid for. My daughter was hesitant to ask her to technician to clean her foot because she was so rude to her while she did her powder gel manicure. She made my daughter’s cuticles bleed several times during her manicure and acted like nothing was wrong. My daughter showed me her foot when we got in the car and I was so upset. My pedicure took so long that my daughter was already finished with her pedicure and gel manicure before I was even finished with my pedicure. I’m so disappointed and will not be returning to YoCheer. I regret recommending this salon to so many of my friends and family members in the past.

This was my first time at YoCheer and everything was perfect. Leon was personable and his work was AMAZING! I will highly recommend YoCheer to my friends and family.

Cindy is the absolute BEST at pedicures and massages! She truly cares about her clients, and takes time on the nails. She goes the extra mile for everyone she meets. And does her job thoroughly! She’s a great nail technician!!! One of the best Yocheer has! I see her every two weeks, and she always does amazing work . She deserves a raise for all her hard work.

I had left over acrylic residue from the last time I got my nails done and they didn’t complain abt the extra time it took to take off the residue. My nails look very nice and they didn’t take a while

I go here frequently and I have 2 girls I really like. I got my nails done by Nico today and she was an absolute pleasure, did my nails to perfection! However my sister had a girl (we never got her name) who used the wrong material on her nails, didn’t ask her what she wanted at all, aggressively pulled her hands, was rude when my sister couldn’t hear her and asked her to repeat herself and then rudely commented that the tip wasn’t enough at the end and pulled my sisters hand out of the dryer. She didn’t tip much because the service was awful. If I didn’t like the 2 girls I go to here so much I’d never come back after my sisters treatment.

I have been to this salon only twice now, and the salon is beyond gorgeous. It is very modern and clean. Leon is the best nail technician I have ever had. He makes sure to ask a lot of question so he knows exactly what you want. He does not disappoint. He reshaped my nails and they have never looked better. Never had a nail technician that actually cared. The workers there care and take their time to make sure youre getting what you came for. If you need a new nail salon, I HIGHLY recommend you go here!

It was my first time going to a nail salon and getting my nails done. The place was very relaxing and huge, it was also by far one of the cleanest place I’ve been in! And i was nervous and didn’t know what to do the person at the front patiently explained to me the types of manicures and also the effects. The person who did my nails explained the process and helped me get comfortable (shout out to Leon for making my experience great) i would definitely go back, this place is favorited!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE. I have no problem paying for a proper mani pedi. I paid $120 for a gel mani pedi and three days later all of my nails have chipped off. I usually get SNS powder but THEY told me not to get that because I’m getting French this time and the gel will last longer. The real reason they didn’t want to do the SNS powder is because it’s more work. So I listened to them and got gel on my nails and they all chipped after three days. WHAT DID I PAY FOR ???? Not everyone has hours to spend in a salon every week. I should have just gotten a regular manicure at this point. I want the gel polish removed from my nails for free because I shouldn’t have to pay to do them over when you guys did a HORRIBLE job. So frustrating wasting my day off in the salon for this ?!!!

First time there and not impressed. The layers were very thick so by the time I got home my nails got all messed up. And the polish was unevenly pained.

I went to Amy for the first time today. I have seen her working before, always happily talking to her clients! Wow, I had no idea that today I was going to walk out with the most gorgeous nails that I ever had!!!! I asked for vacation nails, and Amy painted palm trees on perfectly shaped and filled in pink and turquoise gel nails. I will never go to anyone but Amy ever again! She is a true professional who loves what she does. She was also very kind to my Mom, making her feel good and laughing with her as Jack did her manicure. Jack did a fantastic job on my Moms 90 year old nails. Needless to say, my Mom and I left very, very happy. Thank you Amy and Jack!

The salon is very clean with many manicurist working there. Down side is I got a gel manicure which looked great while in the salon but once I left and saw my nails in natural light they were poorly done. Nails also started to chip after 3 days. Not happy. Will not be returning

Yocheer is my new favorite nail salon. It’s clean, modern and the staff is great. Jerry is awesome, he recommended a color that l really like, he gave my nails a great shape and did a wonderful job. Never had a such nice powder manicure, thin and perfect. I love my nails and my new nail salon.

I do not recommend this nail salon. I made an appointment for a gel manicure. Before sitting down, I was aggressively told three times that I should do powder instead of gel. When I opted not to upgrade, the woman let out a sigh and mumbled something to herself. The gel is poor quality: two of my nails are chipped four days after the manicure. The woman who painted my nails was very rude throughout the experience. She told me not to look at her painting my nails and to keep focused on the UV light. She also kept tugging at my fingers in an aggressive manner. I did not receive a hand nor back massage during the appt (the place was empty when I was there). Overall disappointing.

I came in for a spa pedicure and standard manicure. Walking in the decor was beautiful and the salon was very spacious with high ceilings. Chairs were comfortable. I loved that packets of lotion were opened for the first time during my pedicure. Quality of my manicure in regards to shape, cuticle clean up, and even coat of paint was excellent. Very friendly technicians, thanks Cindy. Fair pricing compared to other salons around Long Island but I believe much better quality! Will definitely be back.

So this place is a definite hit or miss. Consistency not to be expected. I have gotten dip powder, pedicures and uv gel tips so I definitely gave them an honest try. First time I got dip powder with a nail tech who did a horrid job. Decided to give it another shot with a diff recommended nail tech April - she is great but always booked. I switched over to UV gel tips and they were done by AMY. She was very short, curt and seemed irritated when I asked her to file my nails down. My right hand nails were literally a different shape altogether from my left hand nails. When I asked her to fix it she said it was because my nail beds are different,NO I am sorry that is not the correct answer.I have gotten my nails done for 10 years and this has never happened before. Left with one hand coffin and the other square. Pedicures are mediocre. Now searching for a new nail spot.

This place is new and I’ve been here twice already. I have had PHENOMENAL service each time! Everyone there is extremely friendly. The ambiance is so cute with some hipster vibes. I’ve tried two of their spa pedicures already, both were great! Alina was my nail tech both times, she does great work and gives amazing massages! My powder gel manicures have lasted longer than any other place I’ve been to. Highly recommend!!

My skin was severely burned during eyebrow wax as the technician laughed & said the wax is very hot so go home & put on cold water! My skin under both brows was red,blistered & painful for over a week!!! The technician also cut my skin a few times during manicure.

I made an appointment for 230 pm. When I got there, it was completely packed angry there were three other women waiting for the same time. After 40 minutes I left. It was like a factory in there. At least 30 people, many were obviously dissatisfied and the men in the front were shouting. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Excellent service. Esther was professional and very detail oriented. And it was quick too. I had extensions with powder gel and it came out simply perfect. Definitely will be coming back and will recommend to others.

I went there for an acrylic gel fill in and the lady was doing my nails and as she was painting them another lady told me to wait a minute and come over to her table she then proceeded to take off all the work that the other lady did and start all over again. At this point I was already sitting there for an hour and a half and had to sit another hour there. When I went to pay she tried to charge me $55 dollars for a acrylic gel fill in. I thought I was going to pay at most $45 because I did get coffin shape and that is $5 extra. When I told her there was no way I was going to pay for a mistake that they made she had an attitude with me and was very unprofessional and making it seem like it was my fault. I had a very bad experience there and will not go back.

Every month I look for places to get a quick pedicure and I’m so glad I came across this place. The facility is clean, unique and whoever did the interior decorating wow kudos to them (very nice). Cindy was awesome, I rarely talk or converse during my pedicure but talking to Cindy felt like we’ve been friend for years. I will definitely recommend friends and family here! I highly recommend.

I was certainly rushed to the point where my cuticles were bruised. She apologized but I’m home in some pain. The woman that did my pedicure skipped a few steps. I pointed it out then she was clearly mad and roughed up my foot speaking in her language to another employee as if I wouldn’t notice. Body language speaks for itself. I’m foreign as well so I know. She also hinted it was time to tip even tho I didn’t even dry my nails as yet 🤦‍♀️

It was my first time at this nail salon, it was a horrible experience. The guy who seems to be the manager sat me down three different times in different chairs. The lady who finally did my nails was so rude and kept yelling for no reason. Poor customer service everyone seemed upset and they were rude. I am never going back to this place. My nails were not done right either, they are uneven and the polish is all messed up at the sides. A waste of my time and money.

They do not honor appointments. Put in a pedicure chair after 15 min of waiting. Sat there for another 30 min until I got out of my chair and said something. Then another 10 min until someone came to start. I never witnessed any cleaning of stations in between customers. For my gel manicure, I soaked for over an hour only to have the tech use the machine to file off the old polish. She filed the top of my nails down to the point of pain on several of my nail beds. Got 4 layers of gel on my nails and I’m not sure why, maybe because I barely have any thickness to my actual nail. Every nail is a different length and shape. Never going back

I absolutely love this place! It’s kept very clean, everyone is very pleasant, and from my first visit with Amy I knew I’d become a regular! Amy is great! She is a professional with a great sense of humor, she’s efficient and takes pride in her work! I’ve recommended this place and will continue to do so! This place is a gem!

I got powder on my nails and a spa pedicure. The spa pedicure was nothing special/different from a regular pedicure elsewhere and the massage was weak and he only used one hand. I got charged $15 for a French line on my nails which are not even and already chipped.

Absolutely awful. Wasted 55$ on powder extensions that were the worst nails I have ever had. She filed them down so short that I might as well not have got extensions. I will never go here again. Save your money and go to a different nail salon. I think a second grader could of done better.

My daughter went here to get a gel manicure and pedicure. Long story short, when the tech was scraping off the gel on her nails, she scraped down to the skin. Law suit pending.

Everyone is super friendly and nice ! prices are pretty reasonable lot of color options, good hours could have been a little better with shaping my bails but in fairness i did come pretty close to closing time so it is understandable if he had to rush a little bit

I’m a new customer at this nail salon. As soon as I walked in I was greeted in a very courteous manner. The staff followed Covid-19 protocols from beginning to end and that made me feel at ease. The place is extremely clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything is new and sparkling clean. Amy is amazing, she’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She did my nails exactly how I wanted them. She even suggested another clear color with glitter and I absolutely loved it. The staff is very professional and nice. They offered me a massage. I also got a pedicure and I’m very happy with the results. They also offer other services like facials, lash extensions and massages, which I cannot wait to try. I highly recommend this nail salon.

This salon is brand new, clean and beautiful! They are so professional and follow Covid precautions. The amount of different colors is extraordinary!!! They do crazy designs, foils and ombré and stones. Love this place. April is so talented but they’re all good there. They take their time and it shows in the final product. Highly recommend

This place is nice and clean. But, they really don’t go by appointments. I had an appointment for 3:30 and wasn’t seen till 1 hour later. The wait was to long and I found them to be on the slow side. It took over 2 hours for my daughter just to get tips. Plus, they had a customer in the chair getting her nails done with her mask completely down talking to her friend. No one said anything to her.For a new place already starting off bad for me.
