I use the ATM here and sometimes go in for other services. Never had an issue and everyone is friendly and courteous.
Im disabled and walk with two canes with great difficulty. All of the Capital One branches did away with their drive up windows making it very difficult for me to do my banking now. Dont trust ATMs. Will have to be looking for another bank that has a drive up window so that I dont have to get out of car.
I used to love Capital One but over the last few years their customer service and accessibility went down hill. I couldnt even close my accounts at any branch. Everything HAS TO be done over the phone which is A NIGHTMARE!!! I had an incredibly challenging experience every time.
Super fast
Terrible 24 hour atm. Went to make a cash deposit, had less than 10 bills, and none of the bills were accepted even though they were nice and flat and had never been in a wallet. This is my last time using this 24-hour atm.
The few times I had to come in, I was greeted by the employees and offered coffee. From the office staff to the tellers, they engage me in friendly conversation while quickly and efficiently take care of my business. I always leave this Capital One branch, feeling like I just had a visit with friends. I actually look forward to future visits! Thank you all !!

Wastes my whole afternoon takes too much in fees. Overlays its staff for doing nothing. They pay too much money out of the fees I give them as charity. Cannibal one is a disgusting bank that needs to go out of business and save the people money.The ATM ate my hard earned money and when I went into solve the problem they threw me out. They deserve a little bit of abuse from disgruntled people like myself. They dont very enough of it. That theif I took a picture of should be removed from banking. He has no class and doesnt help people like myself
Will never use their drive up atm again. I deposited a a significant amount of money in the atm. The machine just kept loading and then spit my card back. I then checked my account and the money wasn’t deposited. I went inside with my young son in tow. Spoke to the teller and he told me the machine probably jammed. He told me I would have to call and make a claim because an outside company runs their machines. I was told it could take 10 days for the money to be deposited in my account. Also there is no guarantee that they will “find” the money in the machine and if they don’t I will not get that money.This isn’t pennies that I deposited. I am not happy
Absolutley the worst ATM experience Ive had. On to occasions both ATM were out of money and was unable to make my transaction. This last time not only was I unable to get money but the machine ate my card. This happened Christmas Eve when I need it Needed my ATM debit card to go out and buy some last minute Christmas gifts. When I called the bank they absolutely had no idea why the ATM took my card and did not care that I had no access to my money until Tuesday which is 2 business days from now. I strongly suggest anybody that uses ATM/debit cards not to use capital one as their bank. They offer no help! A very dissatisfied customer.
Had an ordeal here depositing about 20 checks from a wedding. The trainee teller deposited checks duplicate and missed another one, causing months of phone calls to remedy the situation. It was a Capital One 360 account so the branch had nothing to do with fixing the situation, but since they were the original cause, Ill never return here. I actually closed all of my accounts with Capital One b/c of this 2 month ordeal.
