My name is Jo I am the person my son posted about, I took my necklace to this Stephanie womans place of business. she delayed in giving me my item by staling me about another item I took to her .she had my items for 2 weeks no phone call, I showed up unexpectedly and asked for my items, when she handed them to me everything my ivory and precious stones was stolen and some was replaced with fake pieces. I cried and is still crying about this I had my necklace for over 34 years. sorry I know I am going on and on but I am so hurt. first thing she said when she saw my necklace was wow this is WORTH THOUSANDS because of the weight and size she proceeded to weigh it then said to me I have been here for years your items is in safe hands TRUST ME. LYING THIEF.

Hello, fellow consumers. This is a Red Alert!!!! A couple of weeks ago my mother brought in her priceless ivory necklace to be repaired, she was told that her items were in good care.Today 07-25-21, shewent in to recieve her necless after waiting 2 weeks to find the stones gold and ivory pieces were no longer on the necklace infact some stones were replaced with similar colored stones. My mom called me in tears she had that necklace for over 30 years. Please be careful this lady has no compassion or remorse.
