Marcin and his team were amazing! He sanded down my floors and stairs in a 100 year old home, and refinished with bona stain. Before, the floors were dark and / or had an orange color. Now everything looks incredible, much brighter and the natural beauty of the wood is showcased. He was extremely attentive to detail throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly throughout the job. He problem solved for every issue and answered all of our questions and requests with thoughtful solutions. The work is meticulous and stunning. I would absolutely hire in the future. I wish my other contractors had the same level of professionalism as Marcin!

Euro Floors installed hardwood flooring in the back of my house (a great room) 4 years ago. We just had them come to install the same floors in the front of the house, refinish our stairs, and install the same flooring in some of the upstairs. The finished product couldnt have come better. They gave us a custom stain the first time around which they were able to match with incredible accuracy, despite a few years of aging on the other floors. The workmanship is impeccable, as it was the first time around. The boards are tight, the grain on the wood is beautiful, the stain is even, and the finish is fantastic. This was no easy task as we had three different types of flooring, but they leveled it so that youd never know. They are a little more expensive than some others, but youre getting true craftsmen. I couldnt be happier.

Euro Floors refinished the beat-up oak floorboards in part of our apartment, turning them into a thing of beauty. The crew came on time, did a great job of patching, sanding, and top-coating, and left nothing behind except a nice glow. Not even dust! Be sure to ask ahead about stain options, as there are many.

Marcin was the consummate professional. He had a variety of flooring options and knowledge of many other brand names. He took the time to explain what could and couldnt be done, best practices (humidity control, cleaning), etc. The job included ripping out pre-existing wood flooring, which was done with no damage to existing walls or structure. Dust was kept to a minimum, and cleanup of the premises done each evening before leaving. The installation of the flooring itself was done with meticulous precision. Im very picky and can spot slight imperfections. Marcin and his crew took their time, discarded any damaged pieces so only good flooring was used, and randomized the pattern as it should be to avoid the checkerboard look. Seams are tight a year later, and there is zero sign of any buckling. Transition strips were cut and installed well and flow nicely into other rooms. I hired Marcin partly because he is a member of the NWFA, as well as the pictures of the work on his site. Having previously gone through a bad install with a GC (thus the need for the rip-out of a less than one year old floor by Marcin) its well worth hiring a flooring specialist like Marcin so its done correctly the first time. Highly recommended.

They were able to stabilize and level a 100+ year old floor and leave us with an incredible finished product. If you are considering new floors, you have come to the right place. When I made the decision to ditch the ugly carpeting and have Vinyl Plank floors installed I did some research and found great reviews for Euro Floors. An earlier review said Marcin was a master at his craft! So I decided to call Marcin for an estimate. From that moment on, I knew I made the right decision. Marcin was courteous, competent, professional and quite frankly, a very nice person. He assured me - although my house is very old with very uneven floors - not only that he was capable of taking on this job but it would be beautiful when done. He was right! Marcin and Froylan removed carpeting and an old pine floor, installed a new sub-floor and levelled the entire first floor of my house. Although the leveling was tedious and a lot more time consuming than Marcin anticipated, he was a true, honest professional and honored his original estimate. This is rare. Marcin and Froylan worked in my home for 10 days. They arrived on time, put in a full days work and cleaned up at the end of every single day. Today, my house is absolutely beautiful. And for the first time its perfectly level! Even my husband (who was very resistant to this project :)) LOVES the new floors! I cannot speak more highly of Euro Floors. Marcin is a magician. I have 20 year old parquet floors. I was told that they needed to be replaced. He came in and in 2 days, abracadabra, theyre new. Marcin and team did an excellent job in restoring my floors!! They look brand new. There was cupping and water damage and there is not a trace of any damage. The floors are back to their beautiful natural red oak finish. Bona HD was used and it seems to be holding up well Also worth mentioning is that he and his team are meticulous, neat and the job was completed on time.

We had scheduled our project with Euro Floors a month in advance. Less than 72 before we get a text saying they won’t be able to “squeeze us in” until at least the following week (as if they’re doing us a favor?)— but they won’t be able to give us a date until they finish this “big project” they’re working on. With no definitive date, we had no choice but to book with another company. We had planned our whole reno around the timeline agreed upon with Euro Floors. We had already moved all our furniture out in preparation for refinishing our hard woods.If another customer added work to their project, they should have to wait for the newly added work until the projects you already scheduled are done. It may cost you more time and money to pack up equipment but that’s the professional thing to do. Not leave customers who can properly plan their projects high and dry. Euro Floors proved very unreliable. I would not recommend them, especially if you have a small job, as they may cancel and screw up your whole reno. We are so glad we learned of their unprofessionalism before booking them for the rest of our house!

I have had Euro Floors twice to my home .The first time was to refinish a heavily used kitchen red oak floor. That refinish is what lead me to call Euro back to install new red oak flooring in another room of my house. Additionally this time I had a existing Polyurethane finish removed and all the areas received the Bona HD Traffic. If you want a skilled craftsman and excellent results using this Dust Less procedure give them a call the owner is on job and does the service. Highly professional and takes pride in what he is doing. You may have to pay a bit more which is well worth it when it comes to this type of work. It is not hurried and each detail is covered. The newly installed red oak came out perfectly and the applied finish is spot on. Highly recommended. Just the fact that the owner does the work without sub contracting it is a big consideration when investing in wood flooring and the skill level of installation and finish . The old saying is here you get what you paid for .

There is no other company I would allow to touch my floors or oak stairs. I have used Marcin 3 times and all 3 times I’ve been amazed by the outcome of the work. Marcin is a master craftsman and you are the lucky one if you choose him to work on your home. The house is cleaner when they leave then when they arrive . I lived in the house all three times he’s worked through the sanding(dust free ) staining (low order)and poly finish (dry in 3 hours ) there is no company like them . Everyone who sees my 79 year old oak floors don’t believe when I tell them there not brand new.
