Been going to this office for my entire life. In spite of the fact that the staff has changed they have always done a wonderful job maintaining my oral hygiene. The dental hygienist Jamie is gentle and very thorough. Highly recommend her. The dentist who replaced Dr Herman is also excellent. Great office.

AMAZING!! THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK SO SWEET AND CARING TOWARDS HIS PATIENTS. THE NEW STAFF ARE SO KIND. GO THERE! THE HYGIENIST JAMIE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING INCLUDING PRICES. THE DOCTOR IS SWEET AND KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. I HAVENT GONE TO THE DENTIST IN OVER 10 YEARS BUT THIS PLACE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND JUDGE-FREE ZONE.

The office was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. Didn’t’ have to wait long to be seen and was not pressured to make decisions for my next visit. They checked with my insurance company and let me know the fees before doing anything additionalDefinitely recommend this office

This place commits insurance fraud. I’ve been in the waiting room and have heard the receptionist talking about patients and costs they incurred that weren’t legitimate. They tried to contact a patient and couldn’t. When that patient called back they purposely didn’t pick up the phone and billed them for not canceling their appt in time. They also said my son had 7 cavities and tried to get me to sign for services I didn’t understand while I was in the chair. When I asked for an explanation they became aggravated and annoyed. I left and went to another dentist. Turns out my son only has 2 cavities! They should be investigated. Do not trust them!

My mother went to Doctor Arneja for the first time today. The office was clean and the staff very efficient and friendly. Dr Arneja was pleasant and accommodating.

Everyone here is so nice, welcoming, and pleasant! Finding a good dentist can be hard, and that is why I am so thankful for Great Expressions Dental. I look forward to my next cleaning, which is something I never thought I would say!

The hygienist Jaime is amazing! Very thorough and gentle. I uncharacteristically arrived to my appointment late. She still spent her time with me and didn’t rush even though I put her behind schedule. The office has been recently remodeled and it’s beautiful! Highly recommend this office!

My name is Mark Valencia and I must give a ringing endorsement to the entire staff and Dr Herman at Great Expressions Dental Care in Levittown. But this review singles out Jamie P for her kind, warm professionalism. Ive been a patient there for almost a year after an over 20 year absence from a dentist due to a horrific experience. When I first went there I saw Jamie and except for a few procedures with Dr Herman I mostly see Jamie. I cant say enough kind words about her. She fully explains everything she is doing and explains it with a smile. She always takes a moment to see how Im doing and we share small talk after the appointments too. I feel really comfortable with Jamie and can only highly recommend Jamie, Dr Herman and the entire staff to others. It is an outstanding dental office. I am so glad I went there after having a tooth issue and will go nowhere else.

Best dental office Ive been to yet!!! The staff is awesome, friendly, caring and will always fit you in (thanks Annmarie!). I hate going to the dentist but its obviously something that needs to be done and everyone here makes the experience so much better. Dr Herman and Theresa his assistant are amazing, they keep the conversation going and make you laugh and keep you distracted which makes the appointment fly by! Jamie the hygienist is amazing too and doesnt make me feel like a horrible human being (like other offices have) when I tell her I know I should be flossing more! 😂 I would recommend this office to anyone!

I had an emergency and my regular office in Lynbrook was closed. I actually called the Far Rockaway office and they gave me the contact info for the Levittown team. They all made it very easy for me to get through this traumatic time with all their friendly help as I dealt with my broken tooth.I got an appointment the next day and was able to get all the work done quickly and was out the door to enjoy the rest of the day. The staff were excellent and I appreciate the service I recieved.

Horrible.1. Did work that isnt covered by insurance, but never informed the patient until after the work is done.2. Next procedure, they do additional work, without informing patient, until half way into the procedure, that what they are doing additionally, wont be covered by insurance.3. Finally, they bill you for work not covered by insurance, which I paid, then, a year later send another bill for same procedure, claiming some of the work, surprisingly, wasnt covered by the insurance.Be careful, and get everything in writing before work is done, and keep the records cor future billing.

After moving here from out-of-state, I was nervous to find a new dentist. Dr. Hermans office is the first place I tried, and I have been going there for three years now. Jamie, the hygienist, is so knowledgable, kind and intentional. Dr. Herman, Jamie, and the team at the office ensure that my needs and concerns are heard and solved. Cookie at the front desk always greets me and has something clever to say to leave a smile on my face. Ive actually recommeded a friend or two who also call this office their home dentist now. Thankful to have found a trustworthy, quality place!

Would have been 5 stars but they lacked to tell my husband of a treatment that was not covered by our insurance. Did it and then they charged him $50.

The worse dental office ever.I went there 3 times.Doctor has bad attitude. After they took off my fathers broken teeth, he was bleeding really bad then I had to take him back again. Still they didnt take it as emergency as it.
