While I was able to convince them to change my fathers suit jacket after a while & they did a decent job on him, unlike the horrible job they did with my mother.I was my fathers sole caretaker & lived with him for 25 years, I was treated like an outsider, ignored until the wake, when Beth leaped out like I was incapable of picking up and holding my grandson..she didnt constantly watch m& hover about my siblings, like she did me.i was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and had to go outside several times to avoid her. I, my fathers daughter was denied from obtaining my fathers death certificate,even though I offered to pay for the copy, as well as seeing his online obituary.They. told my siblings I requested a death certificate, again refusing to acknowledge that I am his adult daughter They have zero respect, compassion for family members

Called here on 5/16/20 asking for guidance because unfortunately like many other families that are suffering, I also lost my love one from the pandemic. As a healthcare worker I ask this funeral home specially your employee working that Saturday afternoon answering the phone, where is your compassion? Have you gotten so use to this that you lost it? . Thanks God even though my heart has been broken since all this started, I found (Wagner funeral home). I found compassion here and more.

Thomas A. Dolton funeral home in Levittown is not the place you should bring your loved one to.They kept mistaken my mother for cremation. She wasnt thank god but they also screwed up her death certificate. They filed her parents as unknown without telling me they needed it filed by a certain date. I told them I would get back to them but they still filed it without letting me know.When I found out, they said they would fix it and file again but When I picked up the death certificates, I find out they never fixed them.so now Im waiting to see if they get it right this time.This is ridiculous, never again.
