I poured a full cup of coffee into the center of the keyboard of my macbook pro, and it immediately went dark. I quickly found Performance System Network Integration online and called to find out if there was something they could do. I spoke to Kenth and he advised me on the immediate steps I should take to mitigate damage and then picked the laptop up from my house. It took about two weeks (as several damaged parts had to be ordered), but I am pleased to report that Kenth personally delivered the laptop to me and it is in better condition now than it was before the incident. I had some extremely important documents on this machine, and it was a stressful couple of weeks, and I am so relieved that Kenth was able to restore everything fully. Thanks Kenth!!
