I am not a fan of German cars, but I inherited a B5 Passat several years back that was being badly serviced by a VW dealer. With Terry as my mechanic, Im quite happy with this car. If he werent around, I would not keep the car. That is how much I respect Terrys honesty and competence.

I dont have zero star to rate this place. 2 times !! He is not even ready to check the problem.

Ive been taking several Volkswagens to Terry for almost 10 years now with various issues and he has come through with very reasonable rates and solutions. Terry is a VW guy, plain and simple, and is very good at diagnosing problem issues that could have you going back and fourth to the dealer before a solution is determined. I always consider Terrys opinion when I need to service a vehicle.Call the guy on the phone, make an appointment in advance, and youll be satisfied when you get your car back. Hes a one man crew, so there are a few services he will not perform anymore, but he will be able to make recommendations. He doesnt beat around the bush and will tell you how it is.

Ive used this place for my old VWs since about 1994, the only place in the area I know of for experienced, knowledgeable, aircooled VW work; not to mention really great people. I see people bringing in newer watercooled VWs, Porsches, BMWs all the time and coming back for more. There must be a reason?

Do NOT use this place. Horrible terrible rude employees. My friend and his mother stopped here and asked for their spare tire to be mounted on his jeep during regular business hours. They turned his business away because they wanted to go home. They treat people horribly. Spreading the word do NOT patronize this place. Ignorant punks

Terrys is the place to go for air cooled and water cooled VW repair. Hes been in the business for 20+ years, very skilled, and very straightforward and honest.He doesnt cut corners, but will also meet your butget, and let you know what needs to be done now, and what can wait.He is a VW enthusiast, and will take care of your vDub right, with good, quality reliable parts.His shop is a place that you feel comfortable coming back to, and wouldnt want anyone else to work on your car.
