Not sure if it was just timing (I hear all car rental companies are short on vehicles right now ) but they only had 1 vehicle I could choose from ...other than that the employees were good
Good guys working there. Car washing was a bit rushed and they opened window and all the soap and water went inside car causing white stains. Car in good condition and had no issues with it during time I rented it. In great location to the auto body shop for me to get rental. Huge plus!
I rented a vehicle at the Langhorne location; I was told to “pick any car” as my insurance provider would reimburse Enterprise directly. Upon returning the car, I asked if I owed anything and if I needed a receipt, the answer was “no” to both questions. I then received a credit card charge for an amount greater than what the insurance provider would cover; the breach of protocol is that Enterprise should have contacted my insurance company PRIOR to giving me the car keys. $731 dollars out of my pocket! The local better business bureau has been notified, my credit card company has opened a dispute, and my attorney is preparing an “unfair trade practices and consumer protection” suit according to PA law. I will spend more money than I will recover, but this business practice will at least be resolved in this unfortunate situation. To all consumers, please be sure to read Enterprises’ fine print, but also avoid this particular location as there is clearly a breakdown in emoloyee and manager (Lou) training. Oh, and look at the reviews and manager responses, same old same old, “we’ll look into it”, and look at the numerous managers that they’ve had, constant turnover, so employees have little direction, and the risk is shifted to you, the customer. BEWARE.

Rip off. Charged $125 for cleaning after I wiped and vacuumed the car before returning. Also claim I had the car fir a extra day along with sending me a bill for around $4500 after there was a accident with the car. They contacted my insurance carrier too! I told them I had the insurance they had sold when I talk to their damage recovery team and they said yea its covered and they didnt understand why this was sent to me ! Billed my debit charge card a month after I returned the car this isnt over yet.
Friendly agents and good vehicles. I ended up needing my rental about a week longer than originally planned, but they made everything painless and easy on my part. No complaints about the car - it was great to drive!

What i dont understand is why they dont accurately show their inventory on your website. It will show you every type of vehicle available and you show up and its all vans. Then when you make a reservation for an economy car you show up and theres no economy cars only a giant truck. Then they tell you theyre going to get you a car and it will only take 10 minutes and a half hour later youre still in their parking lot with no answers. Do yourself a favor and rent from another enterprise this one is a joke. Currently an hour behind on my trip waiting for these morons.

Worked for a company that rented from here for business trucks and the manager Chris who was very unethical. There were trucks we were given that had issues and he had his vendors lie in emails (which he forgot to remove unfortunatelyfor him) stating how to charge for damages with deceptive work tactics. Dont rent from here if your a business.
Ryan, the young man who was handleing our rental, was the most polite, personable and professional representative of Enterprise we have ever dealt with. He made us feel very comfortable about the car we were renting and made sure it was in good condition before we arrived.We are Entereprise Plus customers and renting a car on line is so easy and using our points makes it even more affordable.

This is by far the worst place to rent from. Horrible customer service. Rude employees. I had a reservation for over 2weeks they caused me to cancel my whole trip. And didnt offer no solution or alternative. I would never advise anybody to rent from them or even make a reservation with them. Worst rental place ever. I hate them for ruining my trip. Doesnt even deserve one star
I just completed a rental at this location, and it was a real disappointment compared to Enterprises usually high standards. First the car... the key fob remote looks to have been run over a few times and was non-functional. The salesman who checked the car out for me did not mention this, though now I recall him having to open the car with the key in the door rather than unlocking with the remote. It would have been nice if he was giving me a damaged vehicle that he at least let me know what was wrong. As it is, I figured out that the remote didnt work when I went to get back in the car after leaving it parked in Philly to realize the doors never locked. Fortunately no one tried to steal anything from inside.The car was also throwing a SERVICE ENGINE NOW alarm every time I drove it. I dont know if this means its late for an oil change, or if its about to self-destruct, but nothing more came of it besides the annoying chiming and warning on the dash, so whatever.The rest of the weekend I spent appreciating the remote power locks that I took for granted on my own cars... I forgot how much of a pain it used to be having to manually lock the car doors before you walked away.This in itself wouldnt warrant writing a review, but when I went to check the car back in, it all went down hill. I was initially greeted by an associate who was uninterested in putting his phone down uhh, somebody will be right with you...When a more available associate came in he seemed indifferent to the non-functioning remote... or at least unsurprised. He had no comment, no apology, he just walked over to the car and began giving it an inspection like Ive never seen in over ten years of renting from Enterprise. This was no usual walk-around... he grabbed each of the mirrors and tried to shake them loose, then he kneeled at each of the front and back corners of the car squinting and looking down the lines of the fenders (looking for misaligned body panels???), pressed on the front quarter panels, checked the door gaps... inspected for tiny scratches... he even shook the drivers door when he opened it to get in. Did he think I crashed the car and had all the bodywork redone and repainted in the course of a three day rental??? He didnt find any damage... but it wasnt for lack of trying, thats for damn sure.Then we went in to settle the bill. As I said it was three days, and I used frequent flyer points for two of them, so my confirmation email said the rental was going to come to $32. including the usual couple bucks for taxes and fees. Imagine my delight when he tells me the bill came to *$205*. The guy then initially refused to give me a printed receipt and was very confrontational when I balked at the final cost. In the end he did hand me a printed receipt and smugly added, My job is to make sure youre completely satisfied... sir. The balls on this kid!Its also worth noting that I was never given a pink slip at the initiation of the rental so I had a reference for how much gas I had to leave in the car (no big deal on its own, but very annoying when you pile it on top of everything else...)It seems like the Bristol location is the dumping ground for all the rejects from other local locations. My wife rents cars quite often for work, and she went to this location for a while after it first opened, till she got fed up with the sub-par service. Now when she has to rent from Enterprise, she goes to the Penndel location. After this rental, I understand why.

If you rent a car from here do not use your E-Z pass in the car. It will not work unless you register the license plate for the vehicle. Enterprise will charge you the full amount for all the tolls and you cannot get your money back. I just paid $50 for a trip on the turnpike, was charged for the toll by enterprise with no notice on my credit card they had on file and when I called them they claimed no one could help me since the charges were not from them but the money went to Enterprise???

I will say I had a good experience until I called and reported that I had left a personal item in the trunk of the vehicle. I was told nothing was reported in the lost and found and I had furthered explained that it was in the trunk and was 100% sure it was there because it was there since I rented the vehicle. I was told they would reach out to the person currently renting the vehicle and than waited until dinner time the next day and never received a phone call back. Very unprofessional and upsetting.
Horrible service. They have one dude running the entire car side. Took like 35 minutes to even be acknowledged! Ridiculous

Expensive but the car selection and quality is great.
Only giving one star because it’s the lowest you can, terrible service, two employees walked right past me several times without saying one word, go to the Fairless Hills, one little bit more of a drive but better attitudes
