This time I just had my annual inspection done. Have been going to Twins Auto for years and prefer them over the dealer. They are very friendly, honest, and reliable business and I would recommend anyone to try them out... you won’t be disappointed. Very fair with their prices and they get the job done !! I had the check engine light on, on my Toyota Highlander with a code that indicated that a sensor has gone bad, and it was preventing the vehicle from shifting into top gear, so the vehicle was running at very high RPM. They correctly diagnosed the issue and replaced the sensors with OEM Toyota parts, at a very responsible cost. Vehicle is running great now. I would highly recommend Twins autos to everyone for their auto repair needs.

Awesome place. Even when they are super busy they will make the time to provide great service. I came in with my car making a horrible loud squeaking sound. The mechanic was able to find out it was just a piece of wood stuck in between the breaks! He didnt even charge to look at it and take out the piece of wood! Absolutely top rate place. I am not an online reviewer however the level of service I received at Twins Auto Repair bears recognition.After the Thanksgiving weekend my Dodge Charger was acting very strange. Some type of electrical issue. I was worried the car may break down if I tried to drive it so I googled auto repairs closest to my home address and up popped Twins Auto Repair. They are literally within walking distance of my house. They are tucked away nicely behind the Five Points Diner so to be honest I never took notice of them. So I drove my car the 1/4 of a mile from my driveway to their shop.From the moment I walked through their doors I was treated in a way I am really unaccustomed to in the business world. The service provided by Twins staff was nothing less than outstanding. The problem with my car was not easily identified but that did not deter Al one bit. More importantly their honesty and integrity was what motivated me to write this review.So I just wish to thank Twins Auto Repair and let you guys know you have a customer AND a walking commercial for your shop in me for life!

My father and I bought a car in Levittown half a year ago and took it to Twins for an inspection after purchase. We were met by Al, who (without appointment) after hearing we were on a tight schedule (as we had to travel back 2000 miles) dropped what he was doing, skipped his lunch break, and personally spent hours with us inspecting the car, diagnosing it, and servicing it. Throughout the process he was extraordinarily genial and genuine, and then charged us a pittance. I dont have much experience with his mechanical capabilities, but for my purposes they were certainly sufficient, and I can attest that he is an extraordinary human being. Thanks Al.

I just moved to PA from NJ and needed to find a place to get my car inspected within the required 10 days (yeah, they do things different in PA)! I took to yelp and saw great reviews for Twins Auto Repair. Well, they totally lived up to those great reviews, and then some! Al is a straight shooter and went above and beyond to help get my car inspected, even dispelling my concerns over the high mileage on my car as I was worried it might be on its way out. After getting fleeced over and over by the dealer service centers as soon as my warranty expired I started a search for a mechanic who wont be as worried about selling me this that and the other thing when I ask for a light bulb change. Fortunately I didnt need to look far. Located at the infamous 5 Points area they are practically in our backyard and I can walk home after dropping my car off. Not that I need to since every time I drop it off they offer to drive me home. A nice perk for those of us who dont want to walk.In terms of service they are great. I never feel they are trying to upsell me anything. They tell me what the problem is (Or in the case of inspections what issues I think there are and how much they arent as bad as the dealer made them to be) and give me honest feedback and a quote. Which btw are priced competitively. Jobs that cost me $250-$300 at the dealer are far less here. And that is likely due to the fact they honestly assess how much time it will cost them instead of the usual game of All jobs of this take X hours even if it takes us 10 minutesI have no complaints. I feel like I can ask them questions and they give me real answers. I even asked if I want to buy my own parts and have them install it if they are willing to do that (They are) with the caveat that you need to deal with the manufacturer for warranty issues.I really cannot compliment them enough. My experiences with them are so nice and refreshing. I highly recommend them.

These brothers are not just great mechanics they are great people and we are so grateful we found them. My sister gave me her old car after she moved to Manhattan. It drives well but I had trouble passing inspection due to that pesky CEL. She said she changed it many times in the last 5 years and it always came back on a day or so after changing it even though there were no drivability issues. No mechanic could explain why.I found Twins by researching trustworthy mechanics online. After getting worked over by some other mechanics we were very apprehensive but the consistent 5 star reviews on review site after review site made us try Twins. We are so happy we did. The twins were able to get rid of the relentless check engine light without changing the o2 sensor. We passed emissions and the light is still off after many miles!There were some other issues before we could pass safety. They gave us two quotes and explained clearly why it may end up costing more; no hidden costs, no fast-talking, no games. They fixed many issues and some unanticipated issues, all of which others overlooked. It was still far more affordable than other shops.Even if their prices were similar to other shops they are well worth it because they are TRUSTWORTHY and do EXCELLENT work! But they are a really nice family so they help you out a lot and thats with all customers. Customer after customer came in and all were treated exceptionally well. I am not exaggerating. I have never seen a shop so honest, thorough, and kind. We are very impressed. Our car is finally fixed properly and at an affordable price! By God, we are sticking with Twins. Im telling all my friends and family about them. Trust Twins Auto Repair with your car repair and inspection needs. You will not be disappointed. I have NEVER paid full price for any work theyve done on my car, despite them having plenty of opportunitiies to take advantage of me, a naive young person who knows nothing about cars. They always make.time for.me immediately even if they are extremely busy. They have never tried to sell me on anything I didnt need and they ALWAYS answer the phone. They are speedy. Brought a used car that I was considering purchasing over to the extremely nice and friendly folks at Twins Auto to do a pre-purchase inspection. I dont live near Levittown and found Twins based on the Google Reviews, and boy am I glad I found them. They went over the car and did a thorough inspection, drove the car with me, and guided me to all of the potential areas of concern and negotiation. They were very accommodating in terms of scheduling and then allowing me into the shop, under the car, etc. to see the condition of the car. Their inspection sealed the deal for me and Im now very happy with the car purchase I made, not to mention that the cost of the inspection was incredibly reasonable and worth every penny. Overall, I was thrilled with the friendly service and incredibly reasonable cost. Really couldnt have asked for a better experience. Wish I had a shop like this near me!

All I have to say is that going there made our day. My husband and I traveled from the Bronx to Levittown PA to spend our family vacation. While in the highway my husband noticed the ABS lights came on, so we took our suv to Twin mechanic and there we met AL. He assisted us right away and I appreciated his generousity and over all knowledge. We were so pleased with the service he provided us. Thank God the issue wasnt serious and we were on our way out in under 10 minutes. It was a true Blessing. I highly recommend this place! :-)

Honest and fair is an understatement. I came in because the heat in my car wasnt working. They spent the entire day trying to figure out what was wrong and because they werent sure if the issue had been fixed, they gave me my car back at no charge and had me use it for 2 days to see if there was any difference. They took the car back after 2 days and worked on it another full day. The heat finally works and they only charged me for an extra hour of labor. I am so used to being lied to/taken advantage of by mechanics. These guys are as legit as they come. Theyll have my business for as long as theyre in business.

Great prices, Great work and very friendly. Got my car off of the Twins about 3 years ago have only had to go back for a few minor maintenance issues and every time the work was done quickly and for a very good price.

They charged me 700$ by putting a new radiator on a car with a blown head gasket.I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
