They stunk! Will not recommend or use them again

Due to damage on my right front panel Caliber Collision completed the repair and returned my vehicle in beautiful condition! The service and return time was excellent. I highly recommend this shop.

Absolutely no communication during the 17 days they had my vehicle.

I came in to get an estimate for my car. Plenty of parking was one thing I appreciated. When I walked in, the waiting room was small and quaint. After the woman at the front desk was off the phone she greeted me and was joined by a guy that walked out from the back room. Both asked me if I had an appointment. Unfortunately I didnt make one, for the estimate, but they took me as a walk in which I was grateful for. The adjuster was personable and walked to my car with me to go over the initial walkthrough of the damage. She then told me she will do her thing and I can wait inside. When I got back in the woman at the front desk was talking about the area where I live, and how she used to live around the area too. All of this was nice to make me feel welcomed. The adjuster came back in to explain everything to me about the repair and time frame. I was very happy with the whole initial experience. I will follow up with another review for the next step of my repair process. Thanks Caliber Collision for a great starting process.

First thoughts were good. But with closer inspection no customer loyalty given with added work you give them. Unfortunate they have that business practice, I would imagine they lose alot of additional work because of it. Have been having work done here for years when it was worrells auto body because of the extra care they give you as a local customer. Not with this national chain. Hope there work is as good as previous company they replace here.

My 2007 Toyota Camry had a damaged rear bumper that needed to be replaced. I got some estimates in the area and went with Caliber Collision on New Falls Road in Levittown. I just picked up the car and am very pleased with the results. The new bumper looks great and matches the paint on the rest of the car. It was a bummer to have to replace the bumper, things happen :) but Caliber made it a very good experience regarding the repairs and a good price. I dealt with Branden, Mark and Annette (at the front desk), all were very nice.

I was in a car accident andmultiple sides of my vehicle were hit. It needed a lot of repairs with body and electrical I believe

To keep insurance companies happy, they cut corners. Poor quality.. Go to a family own shop, they dont corners because its their name on the repair.

After I was rear ended, I chose Caliber to do the estimate and work on my car. Caliber took care of my car quickly and professionally and ensured I had a rental that I was able to pickup and drop at their location. Each visit took only minutes and the work was done promptly. Caliber called me at each step to update me on the timeline and became my point of contact with the insurance once the process started. Overall, a great ending to what began as an unfortunate beginning. Top notch, I recommend.

Took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler to Caliber Collision on Friday 1/10, they did the estimate on the spot in about 15 minutes and had me scheduled for repair the following Tuesday, 1/14. They said that my Jeep would be in the shop for a week, they were wrong, it was done by Friday 1/17! Everybody was extremely professional and friendly from Annette the office manager to Brendan the estimator. They replaced and repaired a lot of damage due to a deer hitting the front passenger side of my vehicle. It looks flawless and they washed and cleaned the interior of my Jeep too. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

My car was transferred here from the York St location to get the repairs done quicker. My drop off at York St was easy and the coordination with Enterprise for my rental was smooth. Updates were frequent and easy to get. When I had a family emergency, the manager Steve, as well as Brandon, at this site went above and beyond to get my car back to me sooner than quoted. It made a huge difference for me. The body work was excellent, my car looked like new, and they cleaned it inside and out. I hope I don’t need to use them again, but absolutely will if I do.

Had the unfortunate luck of needing Bills service. Bill made the experience a breeze. I went in to get an idea of what I was looking at before the insurance adjuster got a hold of it. He told me it looked fixable gave me a very thorough estimate which I took to Progressive. The didnt agree totally but the staff took care of all negotiation and they even had a rental waiting for me when I arrived to drop my car off. I was kept informed in the process and was very impressed that my car looked as good as new! Thank you for the hard work!!!

The guy is a rip off! Took my fusion in after a deer ran into my car and I ran off the road and he only fixed where the deer hit not where the branches scratched the side of my car. Do not take your car there.
