I went in for a loan today and Angel was not only very kind and respectful but extremely helpful. Answering all my questions and putting me at ease with the loan process and giving me all the information I needed. Great place. I would definitely recommend this place for a loan anyday

Rachel and Angel are God sent!! They’ve helped me out in many situations and have always been reliable to getting me what I needed even if it was a short matter of time. Ive used Advance America many times in my adult life for loans, because its overall a great business. Here, Angel and Rachel are wonderful! Great customer service, very efficient and timely with their service. Even if you have to wait, its never very long. Some people dont like the idea of having to get a loan, but these ladies make the process comfortable. Youre in and out, back to your business. I appreciate them so much, and thank them for giving their best every time. ♡ If you need a loan, PLEASE come here. They are great!

They are ok for in a pinch loans but the interest rate is insane AND they will pull money from your bank account so be careful unless you REALLY REALLY need cash now. This place should be a very last option. And you must come in every 2 weeks and pay in person or they will consider loan defaulted. I have a loan with them so Its not like I got denied and now Im salty.

I went to Advance America because they had great reviews but I will never go back. My loan came due when I was out of town on a family emergency. On the way back to San Antonio my car broke down, I had no signal and the manager Rachel deposited my check. She didnt even give me one day to pay the fees. I looked at my account and saw that she had deposited my check. I called the store at 9:58am the day after I was due and got no answer. When she finally answered she showed no empathy. I told her what happened and that I had to pay my electric bill and she said, well you signed the contract. Yes, I did Rachel. I guess I should have known better that to think that you or Advance America could give your customers one day to pay your fees. I hope you meet your numbers for this month, Rachel. I will never go back to Advance America and I will make sure I will never recommend YOUR office to anyone I know.
