New gym, so equipment is in good shape. Cable machines are very close together, so sometimes difficult to do some exercises when its busy. The pool is disappointing. Often cloudy and dirty, temperature cold one day, hot the next. Only three lanes, so more often than not I cant get an open lane. The outer pool door needs to have an emergency exit sign on it, because way too many people use it as an entrance/exit to the locker rooms. Very unsanitary, not to mention distracting.

Love this place so far! They have HIT program which I enjoy.. EVERYTHING is brand new. People seem motivated. Totally approve of the layout as well. 😉💪

Really nice gym. I like my membership but was not cool that I got hit with a yearly membership fee on top of my monthly payments. I was not aware of this because when I signed up, the dude was basically like sign here, here and here. Not to mention, I had told him I was just browsing and that I was planning on signing up with another LA fitness because it was better for my route. He pressured me into it, told me he would give me a towel and never did. My fault I guess.

My first time coming here. Already a big change from where I was going before especially the pool and locker room area. Staff so far is really polite and helpful. I am definitely looking forward to coming. Very welcoming.

Love this gym, everything is very clean, new, theres always employees cleaning all the time. My only issue would be with the pool, the water is kinda cloudy and dirty, Im not sure how often the pool is properly cleaned. When I swim (using goggles) it looks blurry because of the dirty water.

They have an excellent facility here, and plenty of equipment for everyone. My only complaint is on the hours of operation. I prefer a place where I can work out late at night if I have to, so unfortunately, this just isnt the place for me

One of the best gyms in the city. Has everything anyone might need. Would be great if it had a basketball court but the athletics area with turf makes up for it.

I really like this gym. However, I would.like to see someone go around at least periodically to bring dumbbells back to the racks that were left in Aerobic rooms or the gym floor by inconsiderate gym patrons. The gym should also announce over the PA system reminders to the gym patrons to clean the equipment and put the weights and dumbbells back on the rack that they found them after use.

Overall nice and clean place. Only problem I have is the shower curtains in the lockers are a little to small for comfort.**Update: They have replaced the shower curtains with wider ones in the locker room

Facility is state of the art but the attitude of personal working at the front desk can be adjusted or changed. Its a customer service business and the lil boy with glasses at the front desk can use a classnon customer service. Hate to see a good Facility look bad because of unprofessional employees.

Very nice and very clean. My home gym is on Blanco. I went for a 9 pm to 10 pm workout and was pleased with how clean it was even at the end of the night.

This LA fitness is my favorite so far. Its newer and has some of the latest equipment. Nearly everything is a positive, my only criticism is the Sauna was 20 degrees cooler than the Babcock location.

I never have a problem here glad the pool open and the sauna. The only complaint I feel like the sauna dont get hot enough. The front desk is so welcoming. Mallory (dont know if thats the correct spelling) has answer all my questions of I ever have one about any machine etc. So if your looking for a good gym i would recommend a membership 👌

Love this gym. The set up is sick! Lots of space and cool equipment. Only the leg press machines are no good.

They definitely went above and beyond with the equipment (multiple lifting platforms, top notch bars and plates, AstroTurf section with a sled and tires). Negatives: no basketball court, got high end equipment but didn’t add concept 2 rowers. I also am curious to see if the equipment will remain available once busier. Since their equipment is great for my personal fitness goals, I plan on switching from golds to here for a bit to see.

Love love this place!!! theres a swimming pool, a sauna and a hot tub and plenty of workout equipment. I thought working out during pandemic would be the worst thing a person could do but after gaining 30 lb staying at home and working from home I decided it was just time to get up and out and I have to say social distancing masks and all protocols are in full effect and theres not a lot of people but its a big place and it spread out really well and Im never ever too close to anyone and everyone wipes down their equipment and stays away and minds their own business. The staff was really nice to me also when I signed up. They had some really good deals as far as different ways you can pay and one of them fit me perfectly. I recommend going.

So far so good, friendly staff, well cleaned, and very bright open gym feeling. I would recommend it over other LA fitnesses. I hope all the gyms change to this style.

***Update 9/1/21Staff locked the front door at 9:45pm right now this guy really doesnt care about the members here. Same guy that will kick you out of the sauna and fight you if you dont get out right at close. He has no chill!++++Out of order/still broken 9/1/21Mens sanuna only reaches 160Barricade over the sauna is also not attached to wall at all! Safety hazard! OSHA!***Hot tub is out of service often***Daycare center is open but for a few hoursTo owner if you are trying to save money cut your useless staff. Let me start out by saying how much I love this new gym. It is a newer facility so all the equipment is in proper working order, it always looks clean, neat, and well kept. However, I am on the verge of canceling my gym membership to LA Fitness as a whole because of the constant harassment by the Personal Trainers.As a fat girl who has struggled with self-esteem issues for the major part of my life, I am constantly reminded just how fat or unfit I still am, even though I have managed to lose 70 pounds in the last year and a half. I have been going to LA Fitness, regularly, for approximately one year now, and to this particular location 5 to 6 times a week since they opened. Out of those times I am approached approximately 4 times in which a trainer asks me if I have had an assessment done recently, or they offer to walk me through a workout because they just had a cancellation.The interesting thing, though, is that the times that I walk in with my husband (who is extremely fit as is evident with bulging muscles busting out of his workout gear) are the only times that I am not approached. I have been working out on and off with my husband for about 5 years now. He is MY PERSONAL trainer. I dont want to be overly confidant and state that he knows it all, but he has done extensive research on strength and conditioning, weight lifting, and weight training. There is nothing that they can show me, that my husband hasnt already (believe me, I know, since I once fell for the personal trainer gimmick at LA Fitness a few years ago).Furthermore, I finally asked my husband if he has ever been approached by a personal trainer there.... And guess what his answer was??? Heck no!!! When I asked him why he thought that was, with his cocky smile, he flexed his bulging biceps.So as a final plea from this fat girl who is trying her hardest to stay motivated, PLEASE STOP HARASSING ME!1.) I know what I am doing.2.) It has been working out for me thus far (All I was lacking was sufficient motivation).3.) I go to the gym as a stress reliever, and really look forward to my quiet time.4.) Not ALL fat people need your help!

The worst experienceWhen I changed my clothes and took the shower, I prepared to go to the hot tub, but the heater was not working and there is no sign saying thatNo one said sorry!!!I used to come to the gym just to use the hot tub swim

Im giving 4 stars for this location. The area is a bit smaller than the rest but non the less its very nice. They do not have a basketball court but they do have a High Intensity Interval Training area that is state of the art. The AstroTurf is a big plus which includes a push sled and several tires to choose from. I came on a Sunday so I was able to try everything out with only a few people present. But I would like to see how it is on a busier day and if I would have the opportunity to utilize the tires and sled and ropes that are provided being that the area is small. I was also hoping for a juice bar but they didnt include that one at this location. All in all the experience was very good and the staff were very helpful. Ill be coming back and recommending to friends and family.

Its new and still pretty with a good assortment of equipment and also a field area for HIIT training and then a room for trainers, also has classes and a cycle room. Hopefully stays nice

I really like all the amenities here, plenty of quality equipment to work with but I really wish they enforced the mask rule more, I see LOTS of people pulling their masks down or taking them off and walking around or wearing it under their nose, especially when its busy. The paper signs arent enough. People are on cardio equipment without masks breathing heavily into air and ignoring the signs, very frustrating.

Go early, less people.

Newest one in town that has lots of equipment. Nice area of Astro turf to flip tires, sled, battle ropes and do abs or whatever. Super clean - the custodian does a hell of a job. No basketball gym or racquetball if that’s what you need but there will be hiit area, Pilates and other group classes or cycle classes.

Always clean, friendly environment, great equipment, never too busy.

Great GYM

Walked in looking to try and get a membership for my entire staff at my company. And was told I cant even enter the gym without getting a membership. They wouldnt even give me a tour, I was told at the front counter that I had to sign up for a membership right then in order to get past the front counter. Terrible service, very rude, they lost out on 13 memberships.
