I was having issues with getting refunded for a service that A-1 had to hire a third party contractor to fix that A-1 had caused (plumbing issue). I gave A-1 the invoice and was told I would receive a check by that evening, but they accidentally mailed it to me when I have a P.O. Box. I called and was initially upset, but the next morning Jordan called me right away and said he had a check cut for me and brought it straight to me. I appreciate the fact that they were so quick getting this small issue resolved. I would highly recommend this company. Jordan and Bryson and everyone else I dealt with were AMAZING!!

Called them to have our radon mitigation system inspected that their company installed 20 years ago... they wouldnt even schedule anything with me, even when I offered to pay. Was just told if it is still working, there is nothing they do on it... Im not an expert on those systems to be able to tell what is working and what isnt.

Although I did not get very good service when I called, the technician that came out was awesome. Very polite and professional. Covid-safe services!

Beware!I was a long time customer of.A-1 Pest Control. They used to be fantastic, they really did, but not anymore. They do not do what they say they will, dont call you back and provide little follow up. Failed to provide pest control service and no communication to inform me of that-allowed rodents to overtake property. Sad that a long term business relationship has ended.

Steven arrived as I was returning from the grocery store. He even offered to help me bring in the groceries. Its hardly fair for me to leave a review for this company, since I work here myself. Sometimes an inside look is most valuable. Ive worked previously with a construction company. At the end of the day, I was ashamed to place my name on their roster. I watched the administration cut corners to save a buck. At A-1 the concern is always about quality. We provide the highest level of service. It has been an enjoyment to coupled with this company. Seeing the greater vision of the administration, the customer is bound to benefit from the proactive approach to dealing with pest control.

We always get wonderful customer service from Michael. He always asks if any new problems have come up and explains all the treatments. Love using the quarterly plan to keep our house bug free and would recommend to anyone!

After the first visit, the bugs were almost gone. In a few weeks we began to see more. I called and they came back very quickly. We immediately began to see fewer bugs and within a few days, the only ones we saw were dead! Everyone is polite and helpful. And they came quickly. They answered my initial questions and assured me that my father did not have to leave the house. It was a very good experience. I hope we never see the little creatures again. But if we do, I will call A-1 immediately.

I knew nothing about termites, but my brother spotted evidence of them in my home and told me to take care of them immediately. A realtor friend recommended A-1 and told me to call Chris. He came out for an inspection, was thorough and patient and answered all of my questions. Bryson the technician did the treatment the next day. He also explained what he was doing and told me to call them if I run into any problems (giving me an idea of what those problems could be). They were both very genuine and very knowledgeable and professional. If I have future needs, I would call then again.

Moving to the mountains in the woods AND on a lake, I did not realize how many creepy crawlers I would be sharing my house with. Lucky I found Greg at A-1 Pest Control. This is a home that I have up for sale I had another company come out. They tried to convince me that the house was infested with termites and gave me a huge price I I didnt feel comfortable with what I was being told or the price, so I called A1 their representative came out looked at the house and said he only saw signs of where there was possibly termites in the past gave me a very good way to start the treatment. Got the feeling that they were being honest with me and not trying to take advantage of the situation

Jordan came out for my closing termite inspection and mentioned to me about the Centron Termite system. My house already had old ones on the ground and I didn’t know how long they have been there since only purchasing the about three years ago. A1 has been fantastic since day one! We were dealing with carpenter ants at our cabin and they were a pain. Jamie has been out to our house multiple times to treat ants, both sugar and carpenter, and has been out for the regular treatments. He is great with our dog and has been nothing but helpful and kind. He always says to give him a call if there are any issues and I have certainly taken him up on that a few times in between the routine treatments. He inquired about all the types of issues I might be having with respect to pests and advised me about the types of pests (e.g. mice and flying squirrels) which begin to be a concern at this time of year. I have been a customer of A-1 Pest Control since Ive owned my home (12 years) and am completely satisfied with their service. They schedule visits every 3 months and spray the exterior around my entire home. They also always ask if I have problems with insects inside my home. Last year, I had an issue with hornets building a nest in my newspaper receptable and immediately called A-1. They had someone come to my home that day, and the nest was quickly destroyed (along with the hornets). By the way, I was not charged for this extra visit. A-1 is completely reliable, and their employees always courteous, and I highly recommend them.
