I dropped of a package of valuables once and it was the first and only time Ive ever had a package stolen. Luckily UPS paid the guy back for the value of the package. But still someone their proceeded to cut my package I sent off open and steal whatever that was inside.I dont trust shipping from here. I recommend somewhere else.

I was given a Q code and told to have it scanned at a UPS Store to get a return processed. I stopped at the only UPS facility I knew. The lady explained she could only scan Amazon codes, that I would have to go to a UPS store. She then explained I was at a UPS center. I asked how I was to know the difference? Same brown, same UPS, same company. Closest STORE was about 25 miles away.

I just need a phone number to contact this location directly about a package. I live in Boone and an unable to get to this store when they are open. Please post an actual number that can be used as UPS 800 number will not connect people to it.

Terrible service. Refused to re-attempt delivery to same address while someone was actually home and refused to deliver to a different address. The only option they gave me was to pick it up from their facility at 8:30 PM or to wait for them to redeliver the next day (when nobody would be there again). This completely negated the priority shipping we paid for. Incredibly disappointed in their lack of customer service and will not be using their shipping service ever again. I wish I could give zero stars.

It doesnt look like a place you can mail off your packages but toward the backside of the building theres a little nook that has a drop off box outside for small prelabeled packages but inside a counter, computer, and room that can fit a handful of people. Small but gets the job done and great convenient location. The downside is that the hours are extremely narrow as is but then the person there seems to always be late so the window they are open is even shorter. People were waiting for 30 minutes or more and some simply leaving to mail packages out from somewhere else because they were so late. Everyone working there has been super nice but repeatedly late when they are the one opening is a big problem.

Quick easy drop off, if you already have your shipping label printed out. Just keep in mind the lady that works there will not print one for you! I really do not know why, seems like if it helps the customer out it helps the company?? Oh well, overall a good experience for me.

With limited hours, you would think they would open promptly. But I found that is not the case - there may be several people waiting at the door to enter a few minutes after the open time. Recommend to not be in a rush if you come here and need any counter service.

We recieved a package while we were outside walking our puppy. The UPS driver (his name was Adam) greeted us with a big smile, gave us our package and went back to his truck. He then ran back out and gave our dog a dog treat! Its the little things that make a big difference. Thanks Adam for taking that little bit of extra time to make our pup happy!!!

I had the worlds best UPS driver for about 5 years. I get packages usually at least once a week. He always brought them to my door without fail. He was outbid by another guy who got our route. Since his starting the job (over six months ago) I have not received one single package to my door. I have called the local office and explained numerous times that I am disabled and I cant retrieve packages from the yard if it rains. Because he pulls in my driveway at 30mph and pitches the package in front of the garage and bolts I cant get to a door or window in time to get his attention to ask him to stop! Finally I knew I was expecting a package today, so I waited on my porch so I could at least yell. He was rude, informed me that he knew my mother and that he always blows so that we know he delivered. Okay first off, he does NOT BLOW. Im here. I know better! Do not call me a liar. Second off he argues semantics about the fact that my deck doesnt have much more rain protection than in front of the garage. Okay well, heres the thing. I can get on my porch easily but not down two flights of stairs!! I am very tired of my things being thrown out. It is not just me, he threw out one of my neighbors diabetic testing supplies in the rain and they were ruined. I did not appreciate his aggressive manor or attitude, in fact, I was a bit concerned for my safety based on his demeanor. Thankfully on this occasion someone else was home with me (Which is not often the case) and I called him for some reinforcement. I am tired of the incompetence and I did NOT like his confrontational attitude. What happened to the customer always being right? I pay good money to have my packages sent to my front door, not scattered from my driveway to the garage. I will not use UPS unless there is no other choice.

With the business hours from 4 to 6 its plain ridiculous! How they have anaverage rating of 3 amazes me even more. If Google wanted you to be able to leave an honest review it should have a minus scale as well.Minus 10 would be more appropriate. How in the hell are you still in business locally here??Worst retail hours I have ever heard of. On the plus side our driver is always timely, friendly and brings my packages right to the front door. Your drivers are definitely doing their jobs correctly just want to make sure my review doesnt affect them!

Terrible hours only being open 2 hours a day, and if that wasnt bad enough I had to stand outside the door for 7 minutes past 4:00PM waiting on them to unlock the door. Someone else waiting had to call to get them to come to the door. If youre going to have such ridiculous hours at least open on the dot!

Terrible service. Waited in line forever only to have to take package to repackage for UPS. Amazon sent me there with instructions that said they would package and label return. Only open from 4pm-6pm and one person if they are at counter. If not there its locked and your SOL.

Terrible. Was supposed to receive a shipment to my business on Good Friday (April 14th) that never arrived. Called to inquire and was told that my business was closed, even though I was there all day. My business is located in a shopping center with a single physical address, but each business has a separate suite number. Come to find out, one of the other businesses had called UPS to notify them they were closed, so they just held all deliveries going to the entire location. Im not open on Mondays, so I had them hold my delivery for pick-up. The customer service center hours are listed on the internet as 10-11 AM and 4-6 PM. I get down there Monday at 10:30 and its not open. I then return between 4-6 PM only to find out my packages werent held and they were out on a truck for delivery. The only excuse offered...someone was on vacation and when hes not here, nobody else bothers to check the hold delivery book/sheets. Two wasted 40 mile round trip drives...not cool UPS...not cool.

Failed to deliver my package on time to my house, and their excuse was they couldn’t find and they don’t know the apartment number .Guess what ?? There is no apartments in the whole neighborhood to begin with !!!!just a stupid carrier who got lazy to deliver my package that I supposed to take with me on a vacation!Worst service ever !!!!

Business hours are completely unacceptable. What business is only open for two hours, five days a week? I have a very busy schedule and driving two hours out of my way to get to the UPs store between 4 and 6pm is extremely inconvenient. High unimpressed. This is ridiculous.
