I was so impressed with this service at first and by the end, it was more of an inconvenience than anything else.The service was great at first, very prompt. Hence, my above review..After a few services, they became unreliable and unresponsive.. I had the EXACT same issue as the person below.I do not take pleasure in editing/writing a bad review, but I also feel it is necessary to make sure people do not waste their time looking for a lawn company because, with much regret, this is not a company you should choose.

Ive had a number or projects Clarks has taken care of for me. From painting, installing doors, and has been taking care of my lawn for 2 years now. Clarks has been fair, and honest. Adam has been dependable and has gone out way to be considerate making sure im not snowed in for flooded. He has came out to check our furnace in the middle of the of night just to make sure we were warm that night. I would definitely recommend Clarks to others.

Adam came out and got cleaned up and looking great. I have been a customer for 3 years now and couldnt be happier. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

As much as I tried to avoid writing this review, I feel it is an injustice to those searching for a lawn care company for me to keep this to myself, so here we are.At the start they were very prompt. They came out, checked the mowing area out and gave me a very reasonable quote. They offered various forms of payment which I greatly appreciate, however it rather rapidly fell off from there. About a month after, all of their lawn mowers broke and I had to wait nearly a month for them to get back on their feet, but I stuck around since I understood that things happen outside of your control, and I dont fault them for this. I just felt it merits a mention here, but this did not influence my rating.Once they got back in the swing of things, they stopped communicating when they were going to come out, and would give me no information unless I reached out to them. Most recently they flat out canceled coming to do my lawn without any sort of communication whatsoever. I was told that their schedule got mixed up because of new clients. Now listen, I stuck around through almost a month while they were unable to operate, so I do not feel guilty in thinking that perhaps I should come before any new clients, but I digress.I repeatedly asked for updates with no reply until I threatened to cancel. The response I got was that they were reaching out to the one mowing the lawns and would get back with me. This was on a Monday and by Wednesday I have heard nothing from them, and my lawn continues to look like a jungle.And so here we are, I did my best to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them plenty of time to come out and do the job I hired them for. I stuck around while they were down on their luck, I paid promptly, and I tried for over a week to get them to update me to no avail. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company for your lawn care needs. They are friendly people, they charge great rates for the amount of yard they will mow, but alas it seems you get what you pay for. Look elsewhere.

Came out and did an incomplete job. I texted several times asking for it to be finished with no response. Was quoted a price and paid for 2 times and never saw them again. Very dissatisfied
