Recently I experienced the horrendous loss of my big sister. The first funeral home we went to was rude, unkind, and pushy.Pendrys and Rhonda are some of the kindest people I have ever worked with and I am so thankful for all they did following the loss of my sister. Thank you again, for making a difficult time, just a little easier.

Pendrys done a wonderful job. Rhonda was excellent with helping us with the process of everything involved with the Transition of a Love one.

They have renovated the front parlor and it looks fantastic. Ronda was amazing in helping us plan everything and the day of the funeral she made sure everything went great. The only concern was the slideshow had duplicates and pictures that weren’t rotated correctly. I wish that could’ve been updated properly before the day of the funeral. I would say 4.5 stars if I could. Overall it was unfortunate to lose my family but they made it bearable. 🕯

My family traveled in from out of state for a service for a family member recently and we were most impressed with the funeral home. The staff was dressed professionally, the were attentive to the family and the visitors, and greeted each person as they entered and exited the funeral home. My family was very happy with the care shown to them and our loved one who passed. She looked amazing, the service was exactly what they wanted and we are most grateful for the care and compassion received from the staff and Pendrys. Many Thanks.

For the most part, Pendrys was helpful, considerate, and professional. The only complaint i may have is the program bulletin was very plain, and the picture provided was not very clear on the bulletin, did do much better with the book marks. Would not let that keep me from using their services again.

Ms Rhonda went above and beyond to help me, answering all my questions with no judgment. Even when she wasnt in town she always answered my calls. She never made me feel stupid. I appreciate everything she did to help me in my time of need.

Rhonda at Pendrys and all the staff were such a blessing. They handled the loss of our loved one with the greatest respect and love. Words cannot express the gratitude for all of their accommodations for any request. The package was extremely affordable with many extras included. I would give them 10 stars if allowed. Fantastic group who makes you feel like you are the only family they are attending to and stay with you every step of the process.

I attended a service at your funeral home for a family member recently and was blown away with the attention to detail that was shown during this service and visitation. The staff was respectful and helpful, the extra touches that were so thoughtfully executed by the staff made this a true home going celebration. The staff was very helpful, the service was exactly what we asked for. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and that everything went perfectly. We could not have asked for any more.

The service was great. The director was there for any of our needs, even just a bottle of water. If I didnt already have my arrangments made somewhere else I would use them. I will recommend them to anyone in need.

My aunt passed away. Pendrys deleted my tribute to my aunt because another family member requested it be removed. It makes no sense for Pendrys to ask family members to leave a memory, just to remove it. I called Pendrys, they stated the person who removed it, was in charge of my aunts funeral arrangements, therefore it was the state law my tribute could be removed. This person is not even blood relation to my aunt.So I will leave my tribute here on your reviews, in honor of Ruby Gibson Watson, Fly high sweet lady. You will be missed. Your kindness and dry sense of humor will always be remembered. You were loved by many near and far, you will always be in our hearts and never forgotten. Rest in peace and until we meet again, much love to you always Aunt Ruby 💔 .My heart goes out to all the family members who have tried to contact and have a relationship with Aunt Ruby since Uncle Hill passed away. Her caretaker over the past few years, has made this very difficult and almost impossible. Please know she loved you all and spoke of you often.A lot more could be said here.

Pendrys took care of my mothers service. We could not not have been happier. The service went perfectly, the staff was very respectful and professional. The details were taken care of exactly as we asked for. We will use them again when the need arises.

They went out of their way and above and beyond to help our family through one of the worst times of our life.

This place is the worst! They brought my grandmother to the graveside in a flower van, the casket wasn’t strapped in, and the casket has dents where they were driving so fast. Then when we go to talk to them about it they laugh. Will NEVER use them again!

Has hosted two funerals for my relatives and the staff is attentive to our familys needs and incredibly respectful.

Look elsewhere, very dissapointed.
