No one should have to wait this long to speak to a representative. 20 min on hold only to have the call drop. Sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung up. So called back another 20 minutes on hold. If you cant answer calls dont pick up the phone only to put me on hold for an hour. This was the worst experience
