We use their service all the time for our apartment complex, they do great work, same day or next day service usually.

So the stains on our carpet are still partially there. My problem is that most of the stain is gone. When requested to try again was refused. We paid a lot for this service that left me with a stain in my appreciation for his service. Also one of the stains was dry it is clear that he missed that area actually the whole room was dry in comparison to the rest of the house. I believe operator got distracted and I won’t be using him in the future and nor should you!
