We had a water loss due to a bath tub overflow. The bathroom tile, hardwood floors and air ducts were affected. SERVPRO came to the rescue getting everything dried, fixed and replaced. Jonathan L. and his team were excellent to work with. Jonathan was knowledgeable, quick to respond and answered all of our questions. Beth kept us well informed throughout the process and went above and beyond to take care of us. Called about mold remediation. Thomas was very prompt in coming out. When we agreed on a contract, he established a date. Mike and Leslie came out promptly and performed the remediation. They did a great job. Professional, polite friendly and very knowledgeable. We would use them again, if necessary. We recommend them.

I was well pleased with the experience. The techs were on time and very communicative throughout the day. They sized up the home and basement and explained how they were going to clean and restore the duck work before starting. They kept shoe covers on whenever they were in the house. This was appreciated as I had new floors just a couple weeks earlier. Casey was the lead tech (very knowledgeable) but both were conscientious about the job.

Do you know what to do in the event of water damage? Nor did we. Our hot water heater was leaking for an unknown amount of time. When we discovered the issue, we called Servpro to come inspect the damage. If it weren’t for our Servpro Representative Josh, we would have been flying blind (Unfortunately, our insurance adjuster wasn’t helpful in the least). Josh patiently answered all our questions, no matter how insignificant or mundane. Our dishwasher flooded our kitchen, dining room, and downstairs. We called ServPro and they were at our house within an hour! They came in and assessed the situation and began removing all the water. Then, they placed fans and dehumidifiers throughout the house to help dry out everything. They communicated with us each day and were very friendly and helpful. When everything was dry, they went through all the affected rooms to make sure there was no permanent damage. Thankfully, they saved our hardwood flooring! Then, they came back and replaced some insulation, dry wall and baseboards. Our house could have suffered major damage, but they saved this from happening. We really appreciate them and highly recommend to anyone with an issue such as this!!

Initial call to ServePro was met with a quick and courteous response by Rick McClure & crew on a Sunday evening. An infestation of bats had made their way into our church and nested in our attic. SERVPRO came in once the bats had been legally removed and helped us from start to finish! All of our sanctuary ceiling had to be removed and an anti-fungal treatment had to be applied to the structure. SERVPRO was extremely professional through the whole ordeal and took care of every detail—even the reinstallation of or ceiling! All the work was performed in a very timely manner and allowed us to keep our timeline of church activities!

Had my air ducts cleaned by Servpro, they had a crew on site in 1 day of calling. Crew on site was very good and worked well. A little bit on the pricey side but besides that I would recommend them to anyone.

Called and told them I needed to get the cat odor out of my house. I have a 1700 sq ft house. I have hardwood floors and all the furniture and curtains will be out. Without looking at they gave me a estimate of 4000.00 to 7000.00 price seem a bit high as most on the internet said 400 to 1500. Geez

Our project was very large, but everyone we worked with was very professional and work with us on our schedule. We are very pleased with the work that was done. You cant even tell there was damage.

Didnt finish what they said they would do, which was have a specialist come out and check to make sure all mold was gone. And when they tore out the sheetrock from the garage, lots of pieces of sheetrock, insulation, and many, many nails were left. Had to pay contractor extra to finish removing it.

I experienced a flood in my facility at 3 AM in the morning. I called Serv Pro and the first crew was in my plant in less than an hour. The remaining three crews arrived within two hours. All of the crews were professional, and to the point with cleaning up the water. I had called a total of 4 clean up companies and Serv Pro responded so positively. HOpefully I will never need them again but if I have an issue Serv Pro will be my first call.
