This fellow came out on a Saturday and fixed our air conditioning system and was more than professional and his price could not be beat!!! He didnt try to put us through the ringers and do stuff that wasnt needed he fixed what was messed up and told us how to keep it in working order. I would highly recommend this fellow!!! Its rare these days to find somebody honest and not rake you over the coals and this fellow is the real deal!!! I highly recommend him!!!

Dale has been my heating and air guy for 15 years now. He has always been quick to respond, prompt and very reliable. He was always able to fix any issues I had with my old system at affordable prices and after my 19 year old system needed replacing last May he replaced it quickly and with great quality of work! He is very honest and professional! He will always be our H&A guy and I would recommend him to everyone!

Weve had the best experience with Dale and he is so honest and even saved us a lot of money when we were told we needed a new unit. Thinking we would have to spend thousands $ our bill was under $200!! You just dont see many doing business for the greater good of the customer and not for theor own profit. Dale is the best! He told me from the beginning that he was honestly just too busy to take on anymore work, so what did he do? Recommend someone else? Come to my house after hours and charge an additional fee? No! He helped me address and fix my own problem over the phone! Who else would do this? Well if you are upset because you did not get a FREE service call which after reading the review above is plainly why you are so upset . well there is nothing free in life and yes estimates on new equipment are free and has always been free i feel like that if your landlord or at this point slumlord cant afford the $100 service call fee then that landlord would be better off calling someone else. i have known Dale Ramsey for over 20 years and instead of being a jackass about this you should call and get over the phone estimates from every heating and cooling company in that area and i guarantee you would be having Dale fix your problems.yes thats right he is the best heating and cooling company in the entire southeast and at this point if he works for the lady crying like a 2 yr old i hope it cost her triple ..SUCK IT UP BUTTER CUP NOTHING IN LIFE IS FREE

Would recommend Dale Ramsey to anyone looking for an honest contractor. He was prompt, did what he said and was the first one that didnt advise me to pay $6K for a new unit. Its old but he serviced the heat pump and now I dont have to stress about getting a new one until next year. You bet I will call this company when time to replace.

My coworker’s AC was blowing lukewarm air and they’re new to the Lenoir area, so I chose this business solely based on the reviews here. After he contacted him and told him the problem, Ramsey said he’d be there the next day around lunch. The next day....nothing. No call, no text. We work night shift so my coworker had to leave work early that night because he had to get up the next morning to await his arrival. This is no way to conduct business. Edit: he did call the next day (message had been accidentally erased or something), and came out and fixed the problem.

All around excellent service call. My AC broke last night, he was the person I called the next morning. Called him at 8am, it was fixed by 9:30am that morning. Simple easy and perfect.

Do yourself a favor and call him! He answered the phone, set the time and then called before he came. Very professional And knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. He will be the only one I ever call for heating and AC service. The best!

Dale has serviced my heat pump 4 times and always does a great job. Hes a friendly guy who knows his stuff. I live on the south side of Valdese, so he doesnt mind traveling to this side of Burke County. Ive found his prices to be as competitive as any of the the other local HVAC people, and he makes an effort to get the job done fast, but right - one time rescuing us from 94-degree summer heat when the AC went out.

Ive used Dale twice now for some problems weve had in our new home and Im very happy with his service. He was prompt, professional, and had very reasonable rates. Def recommend.

I called Ramsey Heating and air expecting much of what Id already gotten, no answer and leave a message. Dale picked up the phone, answered it professionally and nicely. Answers my questions and worked around my schedule to come out to and see what was wrong with my HVAC system. I would recommend highly and use Dale again.

I called him 6:30 am, he answered the phone. Within 4 hours he was at my house and fixed the problem. very professionally, friendly, nice person. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

I chose this person because of all the great reviews and he did return my text very promptly. After I discussed what was going on he told me how much service calls were...$100 plus parts + time. I explained that I was calling for the landlord of a home I will be moving into soon which she has been repairing for me so I can do my affordable housing voucher since I’m on disability from numerous failed back surgeries. She lives out of town and I explained this as well and stated I just needed to get the free estimate as his website states because I honestly do not have the money to pay and she has spent so much out she wanted me to at least get some figures of how much this would cost. I sent her his website highlighting where it says “free estimates” so she told me to call him and set it up. He then informed me that “No, free estimates were for installs only”. I had taken a picture of the site and sent this to him and said “ well it’s not what your site says or how it is implied cuZ it is right under where it says OUR SERVICES on that 1st page then down cpl paragraphs on that next page where talks about what all he does. I said ok wel if you say u don’t do feee estimates now then I will check with someone else.and said thanks. I really figured he would back what it plainly says in black and white but did not. (I have a pic bt cannot attach it here so please check out the website).
