Results has been our IT support company for quite some time. I have been working with them as support for four years. I like that they respond quickly, are very polite, and they are always able to resolve my issues within minutes of contacting me. Since the pandemic has forced us to work remotely, Results has made sure that is possible. I also like that they ask for detail and give feedback in terms I can understand. Ben in the St. Louis area has done a great job for me, and a shout out to Ben and Stacey in the Kansas City area!

We switched to Results Technology almost a year ago. They were able to resolve server issues in about 24 hours that our previous provider was not able to fix for a couple of years. We have multiple branches throughout MO and theyre always prompt and responsive to all our needs. Results Technology, Inc. has been the museums primary IT support for several years now and I have consulted for numerous issues including network connectivity problems, computer replacements of all the administrative computers for staff, retail related network issues, network printing issues as well as network security issues. Recently I have brought on a new employee. I wanted a way for the new person to view and see what is on my computer as I review investment alternatives for my clients. Results recommended using Microsoft Teams, however I didnt know which services to use and i needed someone to understand exactly what I needed and train us to best use this software. I asked if she was extorting me and she replied. “Of course!”Is this the type of skin-thinned, unprofessional, and immoral business that you want to work with?Original:My experience has convinced me that this is a dishonest and incompetent company with unprofessional leadership that are way over their heads when it comes to technology. They don’t understand how to deal with people and also don’t understand how to properly deploy technology. They seem to believe that humans are superfluous and that technology can be set to automatic out of the box without customization and let it run the company for them.

We have used RESULTS for over two years. We are a medium-sized church with a small network. We have no trained IT staff, but were able to manage issues through the inefficient combination of research and trial/error. Since hiring RESULTS, I have completely gotten out of the IT-on-my-own business. I know that any staff person can submit a ticket and RESULTS will work directly with them to resolve the issue. I dont usually know there was an issue until I get notified that a ticket has been closed! RESULTS services have been a great timesaver for our entire staff by increasing productivity and reducing frustration. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
