I showed up to this place wanting a couple windows replaced that would easily be able to come out completely, leaving no bar in the middle! This was to be able move furniture into these bedrooms and just like the other reviewer said, the guy there acted as if I was a bother telling me this is not possible and that windows of this kind are not even made! Annoyed by his tone I gave him the stink eye and proceeded out of that place! I then went to diamond glass were all the folks there were nice as could be and treated me like a valued customer! My advice dont even bother with this turd of a business owner and just go to diamond glass!

When I called to schedule an appointment to come out to measure and price the sliding glass door, the man that answered the phone was very unprofessional and not helpful at all when I asked for an estimate and time when I would possibly hear back with a appointment time, he then said I dont know, the company will do that. Then a few days later some man shows up to my house(meanwhile I have not received a phone call saying someone would come to the house) and stands outside the front gate waiting for someone go walk outside which is causing the dogs to bark like crazy. I would not recommend going to them, I ended up having Kings County Glass do it.

My three year old broke a bedroom window so I brought it to this place. When I arrived, the old man at the desk seemed annoyed at me trying to procure his services. As I was leaving with the repaired window, he openly insulted my parenting ability (in allowing a three year old to break something) before slipping back into the shop. If you like being treated like dirt and judged by pompous a-holes, this is the place for you.
