Ive come to this place a time before and the man completely cut my cuticles and left themhurting. not to mention, he didn’t do my nailsthe way i wanted them.the picture attached is when i went today and the lady who did them was rushing and left this on the side of my nail. she also left some white nail polish on the side of my nail which i ended up having to pick off.i got my toes done here as well and i recommend as they are the careful and gentle. so i will be coming back for pedicures only.

I went there highly recommended place, and Im not regretting it, it was a great experience! I just came back after more than a month and my toes lasted looking good for a whole month without chipping, excellent work, excellent ambient, the best staffing! 👍🏾🥰🥰

My gel manicures (got it done twice just in case) never last more than 3 days and start to completely peel off. I got my eyebrows done literally 5 min ago and the lady was so rough. I usually get them waxed ot threaded and never had such a bad experience. I also been here and got good service but defenetly a hit or miss depending on how busy they are and who you get.

I rarely get my nails done and loved how they came out deffiently found my go to spot

Really did love Vivian if you are going to do acrylic ask for her she was super nice and she went by the photo like I ask they are very well done as well she is very gentle and she doesn’t rush she always check twice and still ask me if like them very happy I will be going back to her again

It was good but like a week later my skin started to peel around my nails nasty and the lady was being to rough on my little nails didn’t like that

I have enjoyed going there many years. Always friendly and helpful. Vivian knows exactly how I like my nails and I need to remember that and let her do her thing. Appointments can be made if your in a hurry but I don’t mind waiting, it give me a chance to decide what I want.

8/6/19I decided to rewrite my review for this nail salon because although at times humor is definitely the best medicine to cheer yourself up after…it’s not the best way to show you that you should stay away from this place at all costs.I went in with my mother and we both wanted pedicures. After a few minutes of waiting, we finally got a seat at the massage chairs. My mother and I both got male “nail techs” or whatever they want to pass themselves off as.I was sitting and the man handed me a laminated paper with the different pedicure packages and their prices. I decided to go with the package that has the basics and only the callus remover which was supposed to be $30. So, I told the man that was what I wanted. The time before I came, I got a gel pedicure, so the man noticed and tried to convince me not once, not twice…not three times but FOUR times for me to get gel and blah blah blah. I totally get how upselling works, but if a customer says no—multiple times. It means no. To add, because he knew I had gel previously, he bumped up my price $5 more to remove my gel polish??? I’m sorry…what? So if that weren’t frustrating enough, the man who was working on my toes decided to bump down my package to the basics but instead of the callus remover, he did the paraffin wax. As someone who is working at a place…it is NOT your place to downgrade your paying customer to something they didn’t originally ask for. This new package was going to cost $28.So he begins using cotton pads to remove the gel off of my toes, and he maybe let the solution on the pads sit for about 30 seconds. Then he took off the pads from my toes and began aggressively filing off the polish from my toes with so much force. For time sake, I am going to put the actual part that made me literally scream.The nail tech goes to the back and brings back the hot towels and the paraffin wax. He then he proceeds to grab the paraffin wax bags and doesnt even feel it, but by the way he was handling the bags, I had a feeling the wax was VERY hot. And he stuck my foot in there and it was indeed WAY too hot. I told him multiple times that it was very hot and clearly from my sudden reaction and repetition, everyone around me saw my reaction and saw that this was no laughing matter. He proceeded to press in the paraffin wax to form my foot. What upset me beyond belief was the fact that this man literally told me, “No it’s not hot….no it no burn…” Are you kidding me?? Are you really trying to ignore my blatant cries and tell me that you did not just burn me??? By this point, I was very very close to tears. I dont even think he was able to handle the heat from the plastic bags because he turned on the cool water and pushed my foot down forcefully in there. After about a couple of minutes, he proceeded to put my right foot into a different bag with wax. This one was manageable unlike the first time. After some time passed, he came back and took the bags off of my feet and all of the toes on my left foot were very pink and were in so much pain. He began aggressively massaging that specific foot because he too, must have saw how horribly pinkish red they were. I felt my toes becoming almost numb and hot. ***** I also have attached a picture of both of my feet, where you can visibly see my left toes were burnt and inflamed. *******It truly disgusts me that this man tried to tell me otherwise that he did not burn me. My point is, nail techs need to understand that they are not working on wax figures or whatever, these are real people that they are working on and they can cause real damage to their customers. I will never be stepping foot at this nail salon again.

There rude the worker told my mom to move because there appointment walked in even tho she was late won’t be going back

I would not go back to this place if they paid me. I left there very upset and no one seemed to care. Went in for nail dip, took over 3 hours, I had beautiful long nails which they cut without even asking, put acrylic nails on which I did not want but really had no choice since they had damaged my real nails. Charge me extra for the false nails. Will never return and warn others stay as far away from there as possible

Im picky with my nails. But Ive got to say, Im impressed. Vivian was super sweet, gentle, and very patient. And I absolutely love my nails. Thank you Vivian!

First person to get my nail polish on my nails, staff was kind and curteous. She cut me once, but I always get cut to all places I go to. So getting cut once is a win!

Dude cut my thumb and did a choppy job on 2 of my paints but did an overall average job.

I came back after a year in hopes the attitude and favoritism was different. Two people were waiting for pedicures i wanted a full set it went from a very right with you to oh itll be an hour. I left and went to Lucky Spa Nails and they did an amazing job as well as was so friendly when I walked in....Ill never as long as Im stationed here come back to this overly priced rude place

Very clean and detail-oriented! The owner is super sweet and both technicians worked really well. I got a gel manicure and pedicure along with an eyebrow waxing and was extremely pleased with the results after trying a few different places and moving to a new neighborhood. Good prices and I am definitely making this my next regular spot.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! I went here yesterday 6/9/19 to get a pedicure but was in a rush and ended up asking to just polish my toes. The person helping me suggested gel polish because it dries faster so I went ahead with the gel polish from a book she showed me some colors, the polish I got looks nothing like the polish color I had chosen still I didn’t want to be rude so I just keep quite.. after charging me $25 for the polish application I payed with my credit card and left a $3 tip. Today I checked my account activity and came to find out that I was charged $30 and not the $ 28 it was suppose to be.. I even wrote it on the cc slip, I know $2 it’s not a big deal but that’s only from me I wonder how many other ppl they over charge and they don’t notice it or let it go but every dollar adds up so please check your cc statements and don’t fall victim to them..

Best place in Lemoore to get pedicure! Everyone is friendly and service is amazing. Polish is not old like in other places and they have a variety of colors including gel.

After reading the reviews on this place I was really skeptical about going here (everyone else was booked tho) so I gave it a try and Im so glad I did!! Atmosphere was nice, the woman who did my pedicure was awesome and knew what she was doing. Prices are fair. I got one of the best callus scrubs so far here. If only I did a before and after lol but overall good place. Definitely coming back.

My new favorite nail place in Lemoore. Clean, and very nice interior. They treat you wonderfully and even bring you a bottle of water. Its also huge so there is usually space.

I came in here with my friend to get my nails done . When we walked in we were greeted and Tina told us to sit while choosing our colors. This place provided a lot of colors . Tina and the other lady I had was very nice and they understood what I wanted . I eventually chose the acrylics with gel polish. That night, one of my nails were bothering me because of the tip being slightly lighter. This wasnt something noticeable but my ocd kicked in. I messaged Tina about it and she was very understanding and immediately asked when I was free during the day. The service was great. I would definitely come back for a fill. Thank you Tina and team.

Too expensive

The first time I went, they guy i had did a good job. Only thing I was unhappy about was the callous removal. This last time I went was horrible. The guy cut my big toe, polish was so sloppy to the point where the nail tech beside him went back over a few toes after he left me to dry. On top of that, my polish didnt even last a week! Ive never had toenail polish chip off after a week. Its usually very hard to get off actually. I will not be returning!

I paid for a $43 pedicure and also decided to get gel on my toes as well making it a $58 pedicure. This was by far the fastest pedicure I have ever received. There was no foot massage what so ever, even though that specific pedicure states a 15 minute massage and my nails look sloppy and not fully polished. Not happy with their service what so ever.

Favorite nail business in town. Kind and courteous and they do a very nice job. They are very conscientious. Usually have a basic gel pedicure and an occasional plain manicure.

Do not go there!! It was over priced and the men doing nails currently do a terrible job. They treated my daughters poorly because they were young and their nails look terrible...but guess what they charged us the full amount. We will never go there again!!!

I just got my nails done by the male owner there Saturday, Sunday my paint chipped off, Monday another paint chipped off, I have bubbles on two of my nails to the point where on Tuesday ... the whole polish lifted off and you can see the first coat is still wet underneath.I forgot what chair he was - I think 2 - but no smh

I used to come here all the time but took a break for a bit. When I returned recently, I noticed that some of the staff had changed and the prices went up. Not a huge deal so I went ahead and had several appointments. The quality of work was just not good but I gave it a couple more chances and well, today I popped my acrylics off because I had mold underneath. Ive never had that issue before and am mortified. I will not go back and I would not recommend this place to others.

Worst set of acrylics I have ever had done! Had an appointment and still took almost 3 hours. The person kept leaving while they were doing my nails to take care of other people... every nail has slant on the right side and straight on the left and the gel polish is spottie. The person missed a lot of spots with the acrylic and when I pointed it out they just made excuses. Got my eyebrows waxed and told the lady they were uneven she kept trying to correct and they look horrid... NEVER will I go back.

Went to go get my nails done, I was assigned to a seat right away. The man that did my nails was kind of rude when he talked. While the man was doing my nails, two other mens came and was just standing there watching. Kind of made me uncomfortable. Poor customer services. Overall my nails came out good.

I got a french manicure here, so the guy does the white line on the top and gives me one coat of clear nail polish and mishes spots on my nail, I asked him to give me another coat of clear nail polish, and he told me it was $5 more.. for a top coat? I told him you missed a spot ..overall he did a good job other than that, the place is small its always crowed most likely will have to wait a while and put your name on a list. Ive gotten my eyebrows done here as well and the lady truely did an amazing job didnt make them too thin just as I asked they came out perfect.

I gave this place a try and I’m very disappointed with the results. The man used a very abarsive file on my natural nails and left every one of them looking awful and at a huge slant. The gel polish was done poorly. It was messy and uneven and he left blobs cured to my finger and edges of my nails. I had to call over another tech to come fix it up a bit. I still wasn’t happy with the fix and had to spend quite a bit of time at home fixing the poor filing job. I will not be going back.

Went for acrylic nail removal. Woman ripped half my real fingernail off, then poured antiseptic into the open cut. A different person then came over and tried to put gel nail polish over an open cut, which fell off almost immediately after I left, and I still had to pay full price for the manicure!. Not the first time this place has disappointed me. I will not be going back.

I walked in and there were two ladies in front of me. After the guy asked what they needed he yelled across the room to me, what about you? Idk about yall, but I think thats rude. They sit me down in a chair for my pedicure(#3 to be specific) and the massage balls in the back of the chair were stuck on the lower back. I asked the lady how to move the massage up and she said oh yeah that chair is broke then why would you sit a customer there? She grabbed a small pillow to put between my back and the massage chair. I then asked if they had another chair that worked properly and she said yes and moved me to the one on the very end (all staff began talking in a language and laughing as soon as I asked to be moved. Im not even 10 minutes into my pedicure and I am already so dissatisfied.

Bad experience- I’ve been to many many salons in California, Minnesota, Louisiana and Oregon - this one the worse by far - cut my thumb when trimming my cuticles - no apology - neglected to put a topcoat on my left hand! When I returned the following day to have the coat added - again no apology!

On 12/10/2016 I had my eyebrow waxed Tina Luu from Super Spa Nails. When I walked into the building I was asked what I needed. I informed them on my needs and Tina said to walk to the back of the building to the room on the left. When I walked in I saw a chair/reclining chair and a bed, I stood there for a few minutes waiting was Tina because I didn’t know if I was to lay down or sit. I couldn’t tell if she was washing her hands or what because she was helping another customer with a pedicure prior to coming into the room. When Tina came in she asked me to lay down and began working on my eyebrows right away without question. When the process began, I closed my eyes and felt was the hot wax applied first to my right eyebrow. I thought at first that the wax was unusually hot, but dismissed it thinking that I was sensitive to the heat since the last time I had my eyebrows waxed. As soon as she tore off the first strip from my eyebrow, I just felt a painful burn sensation, but thought it was normal due to the sensitivity previously mentioned. I noticed that she stopped a few minutes to get cotton and start wiping my eye with some kind of liquid. I noticed that she did wipe several times then continued on. After she was done waxing my right eyebrow, she suggested that I get my eyebrows waxed several days prior to my event so that my make-up will blend better with my eyebrows. I found the suggestion strange because my eyebrows are typically red and irritated after waxing, but not for very long.Ms. Luu proceeded to work on the other side. I bared through the pain thinking all is well. When she was finished I looked my eyebrows and it appeared to be more red than normal and felt very painful. I went to the lobby area to pay and she suggested to me again to wax my eyebrows days before so it is not red. As soon as I walked out and felt the cold air on my face, the painful burn increased. I rushed to my car thinking it all just normal and drove away. While driving I couldn’t bare the intense pain and looked to see what was wrong. As I looked in the mirror I saw the redness of the burnt areas with missing pieces of my skin from the waxed areas. My skin felt raw. I saw piece of cotton stuck on the raw area and wiped off the piece of lint. When I looked at that piece of lint it was reddish pink and appeared to be blood stain. I rushed home and had my husband take pictures immediately.Since it was already later in the evening and I still couldn’t fully see the extent of the damage this person had done, I went to my event. After getting home I washed my face avoiding the affected areas as much as I could and treated the affected areas with Neosporin. On Monday 12/12, I missed work to go see my primary doctor. She confirmed that my face was burned and skin was ripped off from the burn. She referred me to the Dermatologist who I saw later on that day. The dermatologist gave me 1 cream for the burn and an ointment to keep infection away and suggested a sunblock with high SPF so minimize the sun damage in that area.I called and went the establishment on Monday 12/12 to make them aware of the situation and to get the license of the esthetician, which was Tina Luu, License Number Z92180. I was told that the manager Vicki is not back until Wednesday, 12/14. She called me on Tuesday 12/13 and apologized about the situation and was told that Tina will not be waxing and that this is not the first time she had done this. Vicki, the manager, stated to me that Tina had the same incident happen to another client before. The manager Vicki was rude, questioning the doctor and dermatologist of their diagnosis and said that I would have just give you a cream. My medical insurance claimed the injury and this nail spa refuse to pay back my insurance company. Vicki refused to give me their insurance information to claim my medical bills.
