I pulled up in a uhaul to have them prepare around 17 large boxes for shipment. They were all extremely helpful and pleasant when helping me, answering any questions I had, promptly and quickly. I would come here every time I need to ship something in the future. 10/10 experience A++ Highly recommend.

Always A Great service experience. Staff is friendly and courteous. I don’t feel like a bother and always feel welcomed. I prefer this store over the Hanford store… it’s a night and day difference between the two.

Excellent Customer Service. The personnel there have always been very helpful and friendly, and not just with transactions. I am disabled and have to use a cane to walk and on numerous occasions someone has gone out of their way to come open the door for me as Im coming in. That is never something I expect, but something I always appreciate and not something you see a lot of people do nowadays. Those little things go a long way, so thank you so much ladies!

Came in to get a huge document printed. The employees were helpful and fast. Was in and out in five minutes for a 100 page document. Thanks UPS Store

Since I moved to lemoore some of my packages never came in even though they sent me an email that it delivered,,, this never happens to me in Hawaii and when I called the ups, they said I need to go to the nearest ups store that close to my house then they can help me and then when I went to this ups store they said they can’t do anything about it😔

THEY ARE SO FRIENDLY AND NICE.THEY TREAT YOU VERY GOOD. AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN THEY ARE READY TO HELP YOU. THEY ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE.

Its expensive, but they really take care of your packages and they delivered mine in a day. Im so happy!

The staff does not pay attention to who is next. So be prepared for rude staff and long waits. I will not be back.
