Said to go ahead and head home they were towing my truck. Not only did they leave my truck at the location but they failed to even call and tell me they weren’t towing the truck. There wasn’t any reason they couldn’t tow the truck and 2 hours went by and I herd nothing. My truck had tools and everything in it and I’m so in satisfied with this. I wouldn’t even give one star!!!!! Horrible. Pay attention to these reviews

Never use this towing service. Very unprofessional. I called for a tow they arrived over two hours later. It was extremely hot and the drivers voice tone was aggressive as soon as I walked up. He had already checked out my car and told me he cant tow me because my tags where expired via AAA. I called AAA, they said usually drivers dont care about something that is so minor but that was their policy. The driver started assisting some other lady and said he was going to follow her to the gas station and would be right back leaving me waiting in the hot car and he knew he wasnt coming back. This was so unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend their services to anyone!!

Absolutely rude. Overcharged for less than a mile tow, couldnt park it in the spot I requested, and left me to push and steer my truck on my own. I have never had such poor quality service in Lemoore.

Called for a tow at 12 a.m. and I had my 6 month baby with me. We waited 3 hours on the side road for they could tell me they can’t help me and to call another tow truck company. This towing is not really 24/7 and it’s not a reliable towing to count on. This tow company real suck!!! I don’t recommend this towing company to anyone

The gentlemen was super friendly & way more then generous with helping us towing my car home. Hope if I ever need a tow again I do receive him but do recommend the company.

Needed car that had been sitting towed. Car wouldnt start tire flat couldnt shift gears. Dispatch very professional and helpful. Driver arrived in timely manner and was able to jump battery and get car on truck bed and towed quickly. Affordable pricing

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM JONES TOWING. A friend of mine called and book a tow from them and they never showed up. He tried calling them and they weren’t answering the calls nor returning them. He waited for hours and nothing. This company is a joke if you need a tow LOCALLY! Please call a different company DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH JONES TOWING!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. THANK YOU JONES TOWING FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Called jones towing. I was stuck locally with a flat tire needed a tow. The receptionist took my info told me it would take 45 min. But they never showed up I waited for hours, calling them many times to see the status of the truck, but they never answered the phone. It was just a horrible experience of something that should have been quick and easy. 0 stars from me.

Nate was my Towing Super Man! He worked his magic removing my car from a difficult spot, he was so cautious and considerate of my car. He didnt cause it any damage because he was so skilled at his job. Even if he would have scratched it I wouldnt have blamed him considering the circumstances. Then to top it all off his refreshing and professional customer service turned my bad situation into a nice experience. If anyone ever needs a tow please ask for Nate at Jones Towing. Highly recommended

Dispatch provided me with HORRIBLE customer service for the second time. The first time I assumed she was having a Bad day but I guess thats just her personality. Dispatch placed me on hold for 5 minutes after expressing her frustration because of apparent phone reception. I couldnt afford to wait any longer so I hung up and called another towing company (Pacific Towing). Unlike Jones towing, I experienced friendly service from dispatch and immediate response. 1/2 Star service for Jones Towing.

DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. A truck coming into Corcoran around 9 pm was following very closely, as if to suggest for me to hurry. Going the speed limit, I did not speed up. The truck would lay off slow down, but then come up behind shoving me again. The whole ride from Hanford into town gave me an headache. Whoever was driving that truck should be fired.
