Their dentist office is the most amazing. I have been in 10 dentists and experienced and pay a lot in other places with out a good service. But this office is amazing the Dr is amazing great office, friendly staff very caring and respectful and they really take care of their patients. They have Spanish speakers witch means a lot for me and feel better on my language. Me and my family are in love with the Dr and the staff. Love how Ana translated Spanish for me.

The staff was wonderful during my visit. My hygenist, Olivia Nicholos did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and was very professional. The office was clean and organized. I was overall happy with my experience and will be returning for future services.

My visit was one of the greatest experiences I have ever received in a dental office. My tooth pain had been keeping me up for a couple days they were able to fit me in and remove my tooth and ease my pain immediately.They were also able to put in a piece of bone for future dental work. Elite Dental Care is the only dentist I will go to. I have visited other dentists and the staff have generally been impersonal (at best). The staff at Elite Dental Care have always been friendly, helpful and caring. Grace greets me by name every time I come in and the entire office has always been very accommodating, as well. In the years I have been going to Elite Dental Care, I have had a few dental emergencies (twice for pain that eventually required a root canal and once because a permanent retainer put in place by my orthodontist broke and left a sharp wire bare in my mouth) and in all three instances they have worked hard to get me in immediately. When I came to Elite Dental Care I also had a lot of anxiety about dental work. They have always been helpful and patient with me to ensure that I am comfortable during every procedure and that I leave happy. They work hard to ensure that every procedure is done quickly, which really helps me feel more comfortable. With anxiety about dental work, the last thing you want to do is sit in the chair waiting for the dentist while the Novocaine slowly wears off! I have recommended Elite Dental Care in the past and will continue to do so. They truly are the best!

My family has been going to Elite for several years. The staff are amazingly friendly and make your visit comfortable. Believe me, we are no fans of going to the dentist, but Elite is so much less stressful than other offices Ive been to. The conscious sedation is what attracted me to the clinic, but Ive never had to use it. My son did, and was able to get all of his work done in the same visit! Highly recommend this office.

Have been a patient with Elite Dental over 15 years. Going to a dentist is a necessity and choosing a dentist is not always easy. These dentists are not only professionals but they always make me comfortable while I am in the office. Plus, I always get compliments on my beautiful teeth.

Please stay far away from Dr Xhelo. He is the worst dentist you will meet. He will up sell you everything . Pay attention how you suddenly have 5 cavities or need caps or implants. Go for a second opinion. This guy yells at his nurses and bangs on walls. He does harm to you while under sedation. Research his lawsuits. I wish someone would get his license taken away.

I have been a patient at Elite for about 10 years and have had dozens of regular cleanings and a wide variety of procedures performed, including fillings, root canals, and crowns. I have always received excellent care and results. Dr. Xhelo Shuaipaj may have an unusual name, but he is very kind, considerate and skilled. Unlike some other dentists I have visited, he has never attempted to force me to undergo any procedure that I was uncomfortable with. Thanks to him and his fine staff, including my regular technician Tonya, I have been able to maintain healthy teeth and gums.As others have noted, the staff are like friends, starting with the cheerful and competent Grace at the front desk and extending to all the assistants. I cannot imagine a better place to go for dental care.

I do not personally go to Elite only because I have a 40 yr. history with my current dentist, sorry Grace! BUT my kids go there and they love it, I love the attention they get and the entire office personal is the best. They feel very comfortable there.My one and only complaint is that there are no evening hours, and for my son that is an issue because he always has to leave work early for his appts. and as a result doesnt go as much as he probably should. It would be nice if just once a week they would have evening hours, or maybe 1 saturday morning a month might be nice too.Other than that, if I ever leave my personal long time dentist I will go there as well!Keep up the good work guys!

Elite Dental has been my preferred dental office for years! From adolescence into adulthood. Ive gone to other dentist locations once I moved away from Lemont and regretted it immediately. Elite Dental treats you with care and kindness. Grace at the front desk is the kindest person you will meet! Dr. Shuaipaj and the whole staff is absoulety amazing.

Dishonest dentist! Charges you all these extra things not covered by the insurance for a simple cleaning! Definitely wont be going back!

My toddler had cavities filled with doctor from this clinic and all the filling fell out. They charge me for baby thoot cavities almost $600 and when I come back with my son they just tell me go to the kids dentist and gave me discount for all my kid paint and fair. Before my son dont have any fair of dantist and now he scare open the mouth. I paid for them more than $200 for baby thoot. They are taking your child and making some pictures of tooth and then they telling you the prices. Anyway they will charge you for all these staff. Run from this place. Its ridicules prices !!! Im being honest, please take my warning seriously!!
