This place is great. Its convenient and you cant beat a $3 car wash, even if its just a quick rinse. Love the free vacuums too.

Had my car washed there and the brushes caused damage to my vehicle. the general manager at the car wash told me to simply find another car wash if i dont like their service and that he does not care about my complain. i was my car there once a week for years but the treatment i received from this company is terrible will not return and will pas this along to all my friends to use other car washes in lemont.

Their car wash damaged my car. The brushes seemed particularly forceful today and left brush marks and a small dent on my passenger door. I have been a monthly membership user for several years and have now canceled my membership. Beware!

Room for improvement with El cheapo wash

First I hit the free vacuuming. Its great if you have a helper because one can be on the driver side & another can be on the passenger side working from 2 hoses. Faster. If its not 2 crowded. Then I hit the wash. Lots of choices there. I highly recommend this place.

Best automated car wash ive ever been too, no joke. State of the art and dries your car VERY well compared to others. Any car wash can clean it, its the drying process thats important.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR ALL SCRATCHED UP!!!!! My first time going to this car wash and I really wish I checked the reviews first. I went through the car wash and got home and realized my car was scratched on the hood, sides, and rear. I HAVE A NEW CAR!!!! Very upset with this place, and plan to never go back. No wonder why they have a big sign “not responsible for any damages”.

These guys are awesome!!! They went above and beyond to rescue my license plate from the car wash. The vehicle plate was not secured and I forgot to remove it before entering the wash. Thank you all so much!!!This facility is clean and the wash is a good price for the value. Plus the employees are great!!!

The vacuums need an upgrade. It struggled to get most things.The wash itself is great. The drying is ok, it doesnt do good on your mirrors and the hatch/trunk for SUVs. It left those areas with water spots

Scratched paint down to the bare metal and ruined the clear coat down the side of my car. The owner or manager Frank has not responded to my request to make a claim against their insurance. This ruined my cars appearance and value.

I go here at least once a week. great car wash always clean when i leave. never had any issues. i was told to not get the 15$ every time. that wax is good for a couple washes.

This is an really inexpensive carwash that does a great job.

The car wash has a very strong mold/mildew smell that gets inside your car and lasts for a couple days. I tried it a couple times, months apart, with same result.

The bargain is the monthly pass.if you.live nearby.$3 carwash ( light) $2 Rust-Oleum spray, window wash etc.. If you get the light washing the car will be clean but thats it. Entering and exiting is an experience! The exit lane from the dryer to the street is short and you will be afraid that 1.the cars behind you coming out of the carwash will crash into you or 2) the cars behind you will crash into you because nobody will let you into traffic. From 4 to 7 youll be guaranteed a driving experience as you try to exit through 3 lanes of traffic like a Nascar driver . The vacuum is free and does work. Unfortunately there is Look-Nu carwash down the street from here for which you will be much happier.

Where else can you get a car wash for $3 with soft cloth and a hot air dry you really cant beat it

Just ran my 2018 Toyota thru car wash. Car went off the track and hit one of the posts. Had to back up and reposition back on the track to get out. Since car covered in soap, had to go back thru. Same thing in the same spot. Got all kinds of damage to Left side of my new car. I’m the only one this has ever happened to. I must have turned left inside the car wash. That’s what the attendant tells me. My hands were off the steering wheel and foot off the brake. Beware of this car wash. I went inside office to warn them of this issue and all I got was I turned the steering wheel. I have gone through this car wash 100s of times in the past I will NEVER go back. Enter at your own risk

Lemont Express Carwash Ruins Cars!!!Last Sunday after getting my car washed I noticed these scratches. I immediately brought it up and was told I would be contacted by someone. After leaving multiple voicemails and even showing up I finally heard back Friday. They said it wasnt their fault and wanted to offer me a $25 gift card to use their carwash again. I suggest not getting a wash there unless You want your new car scratched.

Brand new facility. They gave a way free $10 carwashes the first two days of opperation. Staff was nice. Car was clean afterward. Plus they offer free vacuums for anyone to use..even if you are not getting a car wash.

At the first everything seemed great, than I got my summer tires on with new rims. I agree they are pretty big 22 x335. Had a car wash last friday and the ride thru car wash was kind of rough, so I decided to inspect my car and i found 2 rims were freshly scraped in multipple places. I talked to they guy who runs the place and i was promised that owner of the place will contact me. So he did. The owner was acting like im trying to make some money of him, was extremely rude- and i have a membership at this place for multiple cars. I couldnt believe it. There is no respect for the local business owner like him. So my advice- if you dont care about your ride, go ahead and wash it there, otherwise take your nice car somewhere else .

When I run my car through this was I still need to power wash it off at home & black water comes off.
