In my situation my visit has been pleasant and great. I wasnt up sold to buy anything more that what i needed.The installer was great and on point.

I called and was able to get an appointment right away. I received prompt, courteous and professional service with my installation and a guarantee on the labor. I will recommend them and will do business with them in the future!

I contacted the guy on there main web site..guy givs me a price to come in get it done so when i get there the guy tried to charge more in act like I never talked to nobody..but I had the info on phone showing price in that I had contact in he still acted like no one talk you..SCAM ARTIST DONT GO..acting like there busy but only had one person there..real business. Dont get con ..

I walked in and immediately thought I was in the right place until I put my car keys in my pocket and was immediately accused of stealing. Then was walked to my car so he could look at it. He walked away.

Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional, cursing all the time and on his cell phone all the time while short answering customers. Keeping customers waiting and promising them a certain time when vehicle will be ready and it takes much longer than promised. DO NOT come here.

Never coming here again..owner attempts to belittle you, what a loud mouth! Brought my Lexus here to get a stereo installed a month ago, not only did I wait almost 3 1/2 hours, they also ended up damaging the dashboard, and had the audacity to blame it on the age of my vehicle (although its a 2017) NEVER coming here again! I highly advise anybody reading this to do the same!

This place doesn’t keep to their word on warranty on tint, the tint turned purple and it dissolved my rear defroster lines from the window. Not worth the money or the time save yourself some trouble.

These guys did a great job on my 2016 dodge ram!!! If you do your research youll see that most of the 1 star reviewers accounts only have a single posting. Smells a little fishy to me and haters are always going to hate. As for my experience they saved me money by not selling me equipment I really didnt need. I price compared with amazon and buying my items through them would be cheaper than online. The salesman took his time to answer all my questions and made sure I would be happy with my selection. Their stereo installer is a mad scientist/genius and adjusted my system to the music I listen to. Ive never been to a store that does that before. I was soo impressed with audio masters after they installed my subs and amp I ended up buying more stuff from them. Im glad I didnt go off of all those fake 1 star reviews and went somewhere else. Im sure I would have ending up spending way more money with bad service. Thanks again audio masters!!!

These guys are good at what they do. The tint jobs I had them do on my cars look awesome. Its a small shop, but a good shop.

If “NO STARS” was an option. That’s what I would rate them. I went in tonight for a ballast and homeboy tried charging me $100 🤣🤣. I know I’m a female but I’m not dumb. I grew up working on cars and they tried to over charge me. Never again will I go there OR recommend anyone. A ballast only costs around $25. 🤦🏼‍♀️Man. I’ll be laughing the whole way home tonight 🤣Oh! && They don’t actually close at 8pm either. They leave any time between 7pm-7:30pm.

TERRIBLE!! Got my sound system and window tint done there about 2 years ago. My window tint has faded and they are barely tinted and the wiring on my sound system is so cheaply done. Already have had 2 wires fail on me and am looking at a new amp because of it. I DO NOT recommend this place. Yes its cheap but you get what you pay for.

The current rating, along with the reviews speak for itself. The place is shady as hell. Bought a stereo system with installation, speakers vkew out & turned out to be used. Not even gonna bother going back there, dont even wanna argue with these crackheads. Just gonna report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Other than that, hope this place goes out of business & never scams anyone else.

Every business is going to have bad reviews. It never fails. However, I wanted an alarm with power relay (turn manual locks into automatic locks) for my 2005 Silverado. Got a cheaper price there than anywhere else I called, & aside from having to go back the next day to finish the job (which doesnt bother me at all), Id say Im pretty happy with the service, prices, & no nonsense approach. They couldve ripped me off easily, but they were very reasonable & willing to assist me. The actual alarm was installed in less than 30 minutes. Im definitely going to make my way back there for more extras to be installed. Thanks Audio Masters!!

Purchased an lc7 audiocontrol line out convert 6 month ago from this place they installed the unit I went back several times to get them to get my car audio to sound how I wanted it to sound there tech blew out my rear 6x9s then told me to go back to where I purchased the speaker I came back again to address the issues and from there I knew this place was bad for business I asked them to check and see why I had no audio sound coming from my speakers so the owner tells me hell have his guy check it so he checked my car and came back and said somebody cut the wires from the start there where never any cut wire in my car so I ask him to replace the unit and he told me he would do it because somebody or some out them so I called audio control to see if I can get my part warrantied and this place wasnt even an authorized dealer and to come to find out they sold me over a decade old unit this place is garbage I suggest that any one who want good quality work to stay far away from this shop theyll even steal your personal items out of your vehicle ....the owner is a shady guy believe me and there tech are garbage

If only a negative rating was an option... This place had me camped out for 7 hours.. I only stayed because originally the wait time was 2.5 hours... Then increased gradually... and the “help” argued with me he had to take his mandated 1 hour break.. there’s a lot more

Peter is one of the workers at this establishment. He is definitely unreliable and cant be trusted and furthermore doesnt deserve his job. He is very underhanded and will attempt to steal your money (if you let him). I know from experience. Dont let it happen to you.

Audio masters has very poor customer service, the employee Omar pockets your money and dont give receipts, the guy that installs the equipment have no idea what hes doing, when you confront them they act like they dont know what your talking about, I wouldnt recommend anybody to go to this place.

Andy and the installers here at Audio Masters really made it simple and easy to come in and get my windows tinted. it was fast and pretty cheap!

Im not sure what everyone else is talking about. I had a set of Lambo doors installed on my car and everything was fine. Andy was nice and the price was actually very reasonable compared to other places. Ive had my lambo doors for about 4 months now and I love them! The only issue (and this wasnt a problem for me) was the length it took to install them. I dropped it off in the morning and it took until after they closed. However, they were committed to completing the job and making sure I left with my vehicle even though they had to close. I say thats great customer service!

06/09/2018 i take my car HONDA accord 2006 to tint all windows, they tall me is lifetime warranty .. but only 2 month all windows have a lot bubble . I will going back there and tell them to repair all thati hope they fix my car .If they refuse to do it again, I will take them to court

Please do not go there if you value your privacy and property.Went in to get 5 windows tinted on a truck. Came out 3.5 hours later with only 3 windows half decentely installed, my property searched through, & items stolen. I was the only one there since it was raining(over $400 in professional tools).Manager not ontop of anything. Promised me 2hrs which should be enough by over 1/2hr. Never came back to update me on any delays.Made me over an hour late to pick up my kids from practice.I filed a compliant with viper already & BBB.

Do not do business with this company. my daughter had her window fixed and instead of fixing it they broke the rear view mirror. she now has 2 windows that dont work, they lied to her face by telling her they did work when in fact they didnt. They refused to give her the keys until she paid them an additional amount. This company does not know what they are doing. they are in the business of ripping people off. im reporting them to the better business bureau and to the new stations.

I went there to get a window tint and over the phone they told me 80 dollars but when I got there they said 100. They told me that It was only going to take a hour it really took 3 hours they were yelling at a customer because the guy had told there that the install was wrong with is car then one of the guy was pulling a customer car to the back of the shop and driving crazy with there car when I got home I realized that the window tint was bad and my car had damages done to it that was not there when I dropped it off Im going to contact my lawyer to what can I do. I will never go there again

Went in to get amp and sub guy didnt know what to give me he called the installer to give me the stuff got home they called me back had me take the stuff back because it wasnt compatible... got there the guy gave me exactly same stuff back... when i was hooking it up the speaker wire connections had speaker wire already in it so it was a used or returned amp... now amp wont turn off dosrnt push the subwoofer and its missing bolts for the cover.. dissapointed been trying to find good audio place so far 5 out of san diego and lemon grove ones suck

I normally dont write reviews but the service was SOOO BAD i had to share...I bought a 100 gift card from this place as a Christmas gift for my father. When he went in to redeem the gift card to get his windows tinted he was told they will not honor the card. They told me and my father that we could have just gotten the card from somewhere else and said we probably didnt pay for the giftcard. I explained my gift card was purchased there. The manager then started yelling at my elderly father saying we never bought a gift card and said they will up the price 50 more dollars for window tint than previously offered. Reluctantly, my dad was at his wits end and said fine. They fixed windows and we left. Came back to store 1 hr later with my receipt and suspiciously the manager was gone for the day. Dont go here unless you want to be ripped off. This place needs to close down.

Stole my tool kit and my GPS navigator, and ruined my rear window defroster in the tinting process, refused to do anything about it.I know what youre thinking, believe me I know. just some guy with bad mojo ranting in reviews... no, they did a great job with 2 installs and tinting on 4 other windows (no bubbles, perfect cuts!)dont do business unless youve removed EVERYTHING from your car that isnt bolted or welded down. this includes pennies in your cup holders.

Worst tint job I ever seen from a shop. Had it done twice, the second time they put the wrong percentage on! The cut is just as crappy as the first effort using different personnel!

Took 90 minutes with three technicians to tell me my front speaker were blown, when the one speaker was working / intermittent ??? They just wanted to replace the speakers / vice repair the connections. SCAM Artists !!

Had my windows tinted by them was suppose to take 1 hour and 30 minutes ended being there for 3 hours.

If i could give zero stars i would, this place is horrible, they installed my radio wrong and my lights for my car and refused to fix it. when i had to bring the equipment back they wouldnt give me a refund. they are very shady. and will tear up your car
