I reserved Canopies and chairs for my sons funeral services on 8/7/20 & then the church called & said they had canopies so just rent the chairs. I called & texted & she didn’t get back to me for 2 days! I asked To get another quote with just chairs & she replied how she’s on vacation & can’t do that and she wouldn’t refund my deposit either. She said she already made arrangements so I had to pay for ALL of no matter what. This was my sons funeral & she argued with me I requested The money back and she’s never refunded me. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Good morning neighbors, sharing my wonderful experience with a local Lemon Grove company. I have used them twice now, once for a large company event and then again yesterday for my nephews birthday party. Both times they were professional, courteous, timely and reasonable with their pricing. Thank you Diviana for a wonderful experience!!

Had an emergency and needed chairs ASAP, when I called she said she would do her best, will text me later (fast forward several text back and forth) finally tells me can you come now to pick up, on my way. Get there and super nice grab the chairs load them in my car and done. Never had such a fast and easy pick up. Delivery was just as fast :-)

They provide the best service and they are reliable. My son birthday party had a combo jumper and all the kids loved it. They even had the character party theme banner on the jumper . We were very happy with all service divianas party rentals offered us.

Let me start off by saying that the husband of the Diviana is friendly but his wife is the complete opposite. I ordered a jumper for my sons 3rd birthday this past weekend and was told that the jumper would arrive at 12:30 along with tables and chairs. I text her around 12:35 letting them know we were at the park and she calls right away saying itll maybe be there by 1 because they were running late. I expressed my concerns since the party was to start at 2 and Divianas response was that it doesnt take long to set the jumper up anyway. I get that, but where would my guest be sitting if she got there later and Its rude to be setting up if guest were to get there. Anyway...around 1:20, there was a delivery of 4 tables no chairs or jumpers. 15 min. later we get the jumper and the rest of tables along with chairs. The delivery guys were cool, had a good attitude and showed a sense of urgency. My husband expressed how upset he was being the delivery was an hour and some change late and how he didnt want to pay full price after we left a deposit for her the day we booked. she calls me upset with an attitude saying to only leave her a certain amount of money, as if she was giving a nice discount of 10 dollars and made it clear that she never gives discounts. Fast forward to the pick up she comes in with her attitude all ballsy saying she left 6 tables when she only left 5 and we had a reciept of it then accusing of my husband packing the extra table she never left. later to find out that she left an extra table at another party not ours.in all, shes rude and unprofessional. I only booked after speaking to her husband who was really cool and friendly and gave us a qoute with a great deal 2 weeks prior. I just wouldnt use her at all. unless u want to deal with a nasty attitude then go for it
