Had a great experience with Kings of Pressure today. They pressure washed my house in Auburn, MA and the deck which had not been cleaned in twenty years. It came out great. Algae on the deck was so slippery it was hazardous but has a new lease on life now. Will use them again for a walkway next year. Highly recommend.

Jake, the owner, was great to work with. Very personable and professional. His attention to detail is second to none. For example as we were settling up he noticed a small mold spot on the siding, which to be honest I couldnt see, but he had his assistant restart the equipment and took care of it right then. Our house now looks like it has new siding and I would definitely recommend his services to everyone.

I hired Kings of Pressure to clean my home, roof and a small patio area. They were professional and responsive from my initial request all the way through the invoicing. The workmen at our home were professional, clean and timely. Our patio hadnt been cleaned probably ever and its changed color! We had excessive moss problems around the foundation and on our patio which are spotless now. The product they used killed all the moss, but if you do have expensive plants right up against your home Id recommend covering them to avoid burning. Overall, Im extremely happy with this job and would not hesitate to use them again in the future .

Ive used Jake and team to power wash our vinyl sided house a couple of times and most recently had him also remove some algae and lichens from my roof. I rate him a 5 because a) hes responsive, b) he delivers what you expect (or more), and c) he acts like a business owner who wants to be in business for a long time. Hes got a well integrated communications platform which makes dealing him very simple. No friction.

Had my patio washed and sealed last summer. Wash was well done however sealing was very subpar with many white spots from excessive sealant.Contacted the company who did come out and fix one area but didnt respond again after I mentioned the other areas that needed attention.Would not recommend or use again.

I called up Kings of Pressure on a Monday, had a very reasonable estimate in hand on Tuesday and work completed by noon on Friday. They did a fantastic job were very professional and prompt. I have 6 large residential condo buildings he cleans for me and doesnt miss a beat. Even when there finished, they go back and inspect everything before leaving. Five star company all the way. Overall, they did a good job. They arrived a little early and were respectable as well as professional. However, they were unable to fully wash off various blackmarks and streaks. The person doing the cleaning did come back to apologize and offered me a $50.00 refund which I took, but I think could have been a bit more under the circumstances as a little more elbow grease may have worked?
