I got a thermostat from them just over a year ago. The part has a lifetime warranty.On this particular car the thermostat is under the exhaust manifold and isn’t a very fun job to do. Well the replacement thermostat just failed this last weekend and now I have to do the job again. I ordered an OEM part this time because I don’t want to do the job again as it isn’t fun. I Kept the receipt for the autozone part wich says in the warranty description they will issue a refund or replacement of the part if it fails. Autozone refused to give me a refund though there warranty says they will give a refund and I don’t want there trash replacement part just for it to fail again in another year. I’ll go to Napa from now on, they honor there warranties.

I have had such bad experiences with autozone in American Fork that I that I try not to go to autozone. I have had to go to the lehi autozone a few times the staff there has been friendly and helpful.

Just moved it from 3 stars to 2 stars and will email the owner. I went to purchase a new headlight. I wanted to upgrade from the factory to something brighter. I stood looking at lights for about 5 minutes while the two teens behind the counter chatted with two buddies at the counter who were wanting to see all the hoses because they want to replace all the hoses in their truck. Laughs were had and I still wasnt even acknowledged. Finally I grab a couple of H11 headlights for my 2015 Ford F150. I asked one of the employees if these would work, but I was also looking for an upgrade, LEDs perhaps. He actually talked me out of getting their LEDs. So we went and looked at some other bulbs. I asked him about some Sylvania Silverstar Gold, he said I should get the Silverstar zXe. However, all they had were H11Bs. I asked him if those would fit, he checked the computer and said they would. Nope! Just tried to install them tonight, and not even close. I also purchased highbeams as well just to get the set that matched. I ended up purchasing 4 bulbs. Waste of time and no help at all. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because in the end, the one employee attempted to help, but was no help at all.
I had a bad car battery and needed to get a new one quick. David came out and checked the old battery, confirmed it was bad and got me set up with a new one in record time! He was very knowledgable and even came out to my car and installed the new battery. I was back on the road in no time. 5 star review for David at AutoZone in Lehi!!

I just left out the store moments ago, and this is probably the worst AutoZone experience Ive had. Someone was driving very aggressively behind me in the parking lot and this person ended up being an employee. Some oddly shaped female with a buzz cut let the door close in my face and while I was in the store looking around, I heard her greet every Caucasian customer entering the store with a very upbeat Welcome to Autozone, what are working on today? Not once was I acknowledged while in the store. I left and chose not to patronize a business that clearly doesnt know how to treat ALL of the customers that enter equally.

Staff is great and location is fairly easy to access. They have delivery as well. If you drop oil off here, they put it in the drum themselves, so give them a break and make sure your container is clean.
Always helpful staff. I was able to rent a specialized tool from here to help diagnose a coolant leak that a shop quoted me ~$700 to fix. I was able to fix it myself for the price of the tube. Ten bucks. Ive been in multiple times and have gotten exactly what I need, as well as tips and advice from several employees to get the job done easier.

The guy who helped me was very helpful, I needed to see why my check engine light was on, with covid-19 they cant come out to the vehicle and do the test, but he explained how to do it, and gave me some pointers on how to fix it
Big store with all major and rare parts in stock. Friendly staff, but had to wait 10+ minutes to check out as they only have one working credit card machine. Guess thats due to Covid?
Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced, cashier said I dont know what Im doing several times. And she was grossed out about oil at an auto shop? And I went there earlier today and had a great experience from Steve and said that if I dont open them I can come back and return them....she gave me store credit instead and had to make sure I wasnt stealing

Based off my brothers experience of which is atrocious. He came into this store to get parts for his car to get help on an oil change and a replacement hose on his radiator. The female worker acted very skittish about helping my brother. She seamed like a new employee who didnt know how to process a refund for a part he didnt need and continually said I dont know what I am doing. Apparently she couldnt give him money back for the product he never used or refund it to the same exact card he used for the original purchase. He even had the same card on him. She said I have to make sure you are not stealing, asked him for ID verification and only offered in-store credit..Ive gone to this AutoZone for years and have never had any issues like this but maybe thats just because Im of lighter complexion. This experience was disgusting, deeply offensive and I hope this can somehow be resolved.
Tyler and Crystal at the Autozone in Lehi are very helpful and personable. And Tylers mechanics skills are super impressive. He figured out tricky issues that no one else could solve. And he did it in the dark 10 minutes before the store closed at 10pm. I will keep coming back to this Autozone. The service here is excellent! Tylers a gem.
Lehi Auto Zone should be recognized for their wonderful customer care. I have been in there several times for help in obtaining the right part for my vehicle. The personnel there are very knowledgeable and helpful. For instance I came their Saturday night around 730 pm.to buy some antifreeze for my vehicle. Crystal who works there went out of her way well beyond what was expected of her to see that my vehicle had the correct fluid in my radiator and reservoir. I believe she should be applauded for her help. I recommend to everyone to come here if you want to be helped by kind and caring employees. Lehi Auto Zone rocks!

Love this auto zone. The staff is what makes it the best. They are so friendly and helpful but not pushy which is a huge bonus. I like the fact that they will come and check my battery and test it and replace my wipers. Even though I could replace my wipers its just one more reason why I go to auto zone. They go above and beyond.
This has always been my auto zone. What we ordered isnt as important as what we got. And that is great customer service. I buy a lot of parts there, and theres to many to mention, but every time is a pleasure.
I had a battery I had purchased somewhere else. I called AutoZone and asked if they would install it. They said no problem and it would be no charge. John had me in and out in 5 minutes and everything is working perfectly. I really appreciate John going the extra mile to help me out!

Without getting into the grimy details, my family and I were having serious vehicle issues that would not allow us to get home out of state in a timely manner, and these three men provided the information, knowledge and labor that even took them over an hour past closing time to ensure that my family and I would be able to make it home the next day.These three guys are some of the most knowledgable and hardest working retail workers out there, and their unbelievable service created a life-long Autozone customer.Guys, that was a heck of a night. These guys were super helpful! They had to special order a part and it never came, so they drove their own car, picked up the part, and delivered it to me where I was broken down. It’s really nice to see other people want to help out like that. Would recommend to anyone.
Great store and great service! I was having stereo issues in my car and came in here to buy a whole new stereo system. The associate kindly showed me everything I was looking for, and simultaneously listened as I explained the issues I was having. He explained in depth what he thought the issue could have been which was something I hadnt thought of, and ended up saving me a load of money and headaches. Shout out to you guys for not just trying to sell me unnecessary stuff and for helping get my issue fixed.
Everybody there was super helpful there was a problem with the part I ordered and we had to return it and it wouldnt work but they did everything they could to make it right and get my money back for the part great customer service
I had the most amazing experience here! Crystal was so attentive and took time to help me figure out what was wrong with my car when I didnt have the slightest clue. She checked on me while I spent time in the parking lots trying to swap out my hazard light switch. She knew exactly what the issue was and went above and beyond. I would absolutely drive across the valley to come to this store. Kalin was also a complete gentleman and was kind as Crystal helped out. If I could leave a 10 star review, I would.

Was greeted right when I walked in the door even though they were already with someone. My questions answered promptly. I felt that they genuinely cared about me and my car. They made me feel like they had all the time in the world to help me. I didnt feel rushed, judged or pressured in any way. I feel like the people at this location went above and beyond.

A few weeks ago I was passing through Utah on my way back home. I saw AutoZone and stopped in and this is hands down the only Parts store Ill be going to and here is why. Josh the manager there not only impressed my expectations but greatly exceeded them. Josh was very professional and greeted me the second I came in the door as if I was the only customer (which I wasnt). I waited only about 2 minutes in line, must have been my lucky day because I got Josh who was very knowledgable. My car had a couple blown fuses and with a small tester, Josh helped me figure out why my vehicles lights were out. Josh noticed my hood shocks were starting to lose their power and recommended I replaced them and told me that theyve got them. We searched on the computer after we replaced the fuses and sure enough, they had the shocks I needed at only 23.99 each and he installed them! I thought they were going to cost me an arm and a leg! He also recommended we inspect all my lights before heading out on a long night drive, sure enough my license plate light was out on one side, went inside and they had them and installed them too! I was just passing through Utah on my way back to New Hampshire, Ive never seen customer service like this before, but I will always remember how great this parts store trains their employees to give overall excellent customer service.Thanks Josh!
I have never written a review but I was super impressed with the customer service at autozone today. I came in to have my battery checked, and they not only did that, but told me what the problem was with my terminal and fixed it for me for free. He explained everything and was so nice about it even on a busy Saturday morning.
Nobody cared when we came in or that we looked like we needed help. We are college kids without the appropriate tools to change a headlight, and so we politely asked two store employees if they could help us for a minute. One said he would but then disappeared. The other one came out, took a look, then disappeared. We sat outside for 15 minutes waiting. I understand the need for helping other customers, but communication or transparency wouldve been great.

I always get absolutely incredible service here! Theyve helped me with installation on a battery that I didnt even purchase from them, and most recently Paul put my new headlights in for me. I offered to pay for the their time and each time Ive offered, they declined. Theyre just so helpful and friendly! Broke down on a Sunday on my way home to St George and wanted to rule out the alternator and starter. The sign on the window says they test both for free....well.....neither employee knew how to test. One actually said she could try but if that wasn’t the problem it could ruin my car but did I still want her to try?!? Ummmm....no thanks.

She not only looked up the bulb needed, but gotta flashlight put some gloves on & offered to do all she could to help me install. Could not have done without her. #AutozoneRocks!

I came here to buy an airfilter for my car. Paul answered my phone call and was the one who helped me in store. He was extremely kind and taught me that there are actually two air filters an engine and cabin 😂 Not only did he help me get the correct ones BUT he put the engine filter in my car and offered to do the cabin one too. First time there and Im glad it was a great experience!

Absolutely amazing customer service! The employees there not only helped us find the right windshield wipers for our car, but they also installed them right there without us even asking them! This is by far the best Auto parts store Ive ever been to. The staff is always willing to bend over backwards for me no matter what. This store is an extra 20 min drive from the next closest auto parts store, but Im always willing to make the extra drive just to be treated the way I am and I always walk out the store satisfied. Ive been so disappointed with false promises made by other stores, its nice to know I have this one I can trust. I could not be happier with this location.
This store is new and I love it! They have a huge supply of parts on hand and if they dont have it they can get it quick. Very organized and clean and employees are nice and helpful

I went in about to buy a battery because I thought mine could be weak. To my surprise they first offered to test it and found out the battery is good. I did research and heard good things about there batteries. Im glad he didnt try to sell me a battery when I didnt need it. I definately plan to buy a battery from them when I need one.
Poor service. Wsited to check out for 5 minutes and noone came to the cash register so I put my item back and walked out. Bought the same item at Walmart without having to wait.
Very efficient and attentive service, all my needs were met quickly even with many other customers who all seemed to be receiving the same professional treatment. The two attendants are to be commended, it may be recommended that a third attendant be brought in on busy evenings to relieve the pressure that they were under.
I have never received such exemplary service at an auto retailer as I have at the Autozone in Lehi. I am very impressed with the service Nick and Russ provided us at the last minute, right before the shop closed. They went above and beyond what was expected of them, and stayed later and provided a permanent fix for something that initially looked hopeless. They did a fantastic job and provided great service, they were very knowledgeable. We are so thankful for their help and selflessness! Amazing employees. Went in to buy oil today. As soon as i walked in two employees were fighting with each other. After asking 3 times if they dispose of oil they finally stopped fighting for a few seconds to rudely answer me that they do. So my 10 year old son and i walk back to find the oil we need and the employees start using the F word with each other. My son looks up at me with a shocked look on his face because he cant believe the things they are saying. At that point I just had to walk out of the store without buying anything. I dont think I have ever had a worse experience at a store than this. Let me know when you have new employees so I can try your store again.

Kalin Godwin changed both batteries on my diesel truck this morning. Even though it was cold and GMC did their best to make it difficult, he was friendly and professional.
Staff went above and beyond with some battery issues. It was freezing, but the guy stood and explained each step of what was going on. When he couldnt figure something else, he called someone from another location. He then came and solved the problem. They saved us hundreds of dollars by not having to go to the dealer for our issue.
