We had such a great experience with Joey. My mom’s been having problems with her phone for several months. We went in to get a new phone and after Joey learned what the issue was he told us he knew how to fix it!!! So he saved my mom a lot of money by helping her with her current phone. Which allowed her to be able to afford the galaxy watches he told us about. Thanks so much!

Brayden, Brian and Alex were so great to work with they were the only ones willing to help us with our new account after our first rep ghosted us after setting us up with phones we never liked. This store was awesome! Everyone was very kind. We have to give a huge shout out to Alex! We were having a problem that no one though customer service could resolve. So when I decided to go to a phone store I get a little overwhelmed by the experience. As soon as I walked in the double doors… there stood Aaron. The swag was dripping off him. He had this smoothe glide of help slithering my way. He would help me then help the people cruising in the doors all at the same time… bouncing back and forth like a plinko disc.. He made the experience easy and light hearted.. We chopped it up for short moments in time. Foreal though, if u need a good time at facility while making a life changing decision, just crawl on in there and Aaron will take you in to the AT&T experience..

Joey was great at helping us for hours on end the phone representatives were the biggest issue with being transferred multiple times and then hung up on. Joey was very patient with everything and took time explaining everything about plans in simple terms.

This at&t store is the only one I would recommend. I went to upgrade and it was the easiest process Ive ever had. Brodix was the one who helped me and he was a great help. Go see him!

Adam delivered awesome customer service. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through the details of what I needed to do and let me know what to expect from my new wireless service. He answered all my questions with confidence and made sure I had everything I needed. I needed to get an additional piece of equipment. He let me know options available in the local area and on line. When I returned a few days later with the device I needed, Adam remembered me and all the details we had discussed previously. This is some of the best customer service I have ever received.

About a month ago I worked with Heidi AT the Lehi, UT location to bring for lines from T-Mobile to AT&T. I was very nervous about moving my lines but I didnt have a choice. Heidi was wonderful and patient as we set up the first four lines. She treated me like family and was so wonderful through the process. I just moved our last four business lines to AT&T. Heidi was again the best telecommunications representative I have ever worked with. I would give her ten starts if it would let me. Thank you AT&T for hiring great talent like a Heidi who truly care about their customers. Heidi have me get personal phone number and answers my questions even when she isnt working. She truly goes above and beyond what customer service is!

I recently upgraded two phones. I placed the order online and within 15 mins I was driving to pick them up. I walked in to the store and was immediately greeted by Brennen. Brennen was excellent. He asked me a couple questions and went to work creating a perfect solution for my needs. Everything was perfect. The phones, the account updates, the upgrade process everything just worked. This was by far my BEST experience with AT&T and one of their store representatives.

My first visit with the blonde chick was a good one. She helped me out and got me in and out. No complaints.Next visit with the blonde skinny kid, .. it was the longest i have ever been in a phone store. I understand that their system was down and acting up. But how can I tell from my end if it was system error or user error? Manager eventually started helping but there was no communication between client and staff apologizing or even updating about the situation at hand. I was glad to leave.

Come to the store about a month ago, while being there the customer service was great. However a week later our bill was just outrageous and nothing close to what they told us our bill would be. I contacted Adam, who is the one who helped us at the store, and at first he was super nice at but a week later I spoke with him in the phone and he was just condescending and did not care about my concerns. He said he would talk to his manager to fix my bill problem and I waited a week and nothing happened. Called again, same attitude, waited and again nothing happened which just makes think he never spoke with manager about fixing my bill problem. So I contacted customer service and they were there ones to help but one of the fees only the store could fix it. So I called again and after waiting in line for 10 minutes they finally answered. I waited more calling the store than calling customer service. If you come the store stay away from Adam, he will be nice to you there but if there is a problem with your account he won’t fix it.

I tried for three day with multiple calls and chats to get some questions and concerns answered about upgrades to my plan and phones but I ended up more frustrated than before after each conversation. I was ready to switch to another provider but decided to go in to the Lehi store and try one last time in person. In ten minutes all my questions were answered (plus a few more) and have no more concerns. Thank you Dillon for caring about your job and your customers!

My phone was not acting right as I could not hear anything from the speaker at the bottom of the phone when listening to any audio type apps. I went in to the local AT&T store and Ania helped me. She thought at first it was just my phone but after some digging she discovered I had no space for an update, which could potentially cause little phone problems like I was having. She helped back up my files, then reset my phone, and then got the phone to do the update after getting rid of some unneeded and unwanted files. My phone now works better and I have sound once again. Ania was very helpful, kind, and courteous!🙂
