Hotel appeared clean and well appointed. Breakfast was “continental” at best. You could take old bananas, oranges, packaged muffins or granola bars. I was surprised to learn there is no covid in Utah as not one employee was wearing a mask.

The hotel is nice. Beds are comfy, staff is wonderful. The pool is tiny. And every single towel I encountered looked dirty. Our room was never cleaned. Either the walls have zero sound proofing or I had the absolute noisiest upstairs and side neighbors to ever visit a hotel in the history of time. I can tell you ever single detail of aunt Jeanette’s funeral because Tamara, Jane and Mom were up til 2 am next door recounting it all. This is a great location but can’t say we’ll be back

This is a great location in Lehi, central to the highway, convenience stores, restaurants and shopping. This valley is so pretty with the mountains and the lake! We like Courtyard Marriott for an affordable hotel option. I wish they would reopen the bistros and coffee bars. We find the queen rooms are too crowded but the king rooms are comfortable. We like the layout of the king rooms. However, this design is the absolute WORST and its in so many Courtyard Marriotts. There is a thick strip of tile in the bathroom doorway. I stubbed my toe so hard it turned black from the bruising 🤬 You can see where my nail polish was left behind. Ouch! 😢

Positive: Everybody was super nice, and the place was clean and great. Negative: I was surprised by the cheap sack breakfast. Ive stayed at alot of other places during the pandemic with great breakfasts, so I was surprised that a Marriott would offer something that cheap.

This hotel is clean and beautiful! My little family stayed in a King Suite, with extended family in neighboring rooms. Our room was so nice! Our bathroom was large, the bed was comfortable, the amenities were convenient, and the staff was accommodating. We were able to reserve the pool area one night, which we really enjoyed. The faucet in the bathtub/shower was a little tricky to figure out because it uses two dials. We also didnt use the hotel wifi because we couldnt see a secure network, but hopefully theyre working on that.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

BATH TUBS ARE SHALLOW. Rooms sizable...great selection of entertainment options on TV (Netflex, HBO, gaming etc), close proximity to restaurants, retail, fastfood. Staff heloful and friendly.

Positive: Location and staff were wonderful! Negative: The loudest hotel I¿ve ever been at. The walls are paper thin and every time a door opened and shut our whole room shook. Half the towels I encountered were dirty looking or stained.

Positive: It was right across the road from Traverse Mountain shopping mall. Negative: Nothing. There was NOTHING we liked about this hotel. It was dirty, with crappy amenities, or closed amenities. It was understaffed, and there was no house-keeping or Maintenence available when needed.

Positive: Its one of the cleanest hotels youll find. Its a great set up and I really like the layout of the room. Negative: It was so NOISY! We could hear every car drive by and its a busy road. When I got into bed I noticed there wasnt a blanket on the bed. I called down to the front desk and they said no blankets due to covid and they didnt want to wash them everyday.

Positive: Got a great price for a nice hotel. Negative: Our room for three was teeny tiny. With the sofa bed out there was no walking space at all. If I’d paid full price I’d be dissatisfied. Fortunately our daughter wasn’t there the whole week with us.

Pointless to make a reservation for the pool. We just had to leave after a party scheduled for the same time slot showed up with a large group. The group alone minus my son and I exceeded the maximum pool requirements. They werent even meeting their own guidelines let alone covid. Allowing 18 people in a small enclosed unventilated space? Make a reservation and enjoy... 🙄

Positive: The bed and pillows were SUPER comfy! 10/10 best sleep I’ve had in a while. The room was big and spacious. Shower was nice and roomy. Negative: Parking wasn’t the best, but that didn’t really ruin anything about the stay.

Hotel was always clean...room and lobby, pool, laundry, etc. Staff service was fantastic and very personal. Convenient location as you are halfway between Salt Lake City and Provo/Orem. Convenient shopping around the area as well as just South off the hotel on the I-15 off exit 279. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive: The staff was very friendly. Negative: The cleanliness was NOT what they say. The elevator buttons were all smudged with fingerprints, for hours. And our room had half used lotion bottles, our coffee sugar had been partly used and just last as if it was new. Poor cleaning and disinfecting.

We traveled for a volleyball tournament. Room had a nice layout, hotel was updated. However our room had a funky smell to it. No free breakfast, so we were a bit jealous of teammates that stayed at other hotels that had this option. The side doors of the hotel were not working, so you could only enter from the front, which was no fun after having to park in the back.

If I could give this more starts I would. Had to come to Lehi on an emergency business trip for my husband and I had a huge sewing project at the same time. What A Lovely Hotel! The host was so friendly, and upgraded a room to the top floor for free. Rooms are classy and well decorated. There is a cafe in the main lobby, and the beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, and feel like we were treated fairly to a good value. FYI, you cannot rent a DVD or Blu-ray player from the front desk.

Went to this hotel to get some quiet personal time writing and building Power Points for upcoming teaching. Perfect environment for this. Quiet, clean, peaceful. Close to restaurants, Thanksgiving Point, and wonderful walking areas. The air just feels better here, with all the trees. This is my second stay here, for a personal retreat. Cant wait till my next one! :-)

The pool in the hotel is very small and very disappointing and it was freezing! Also, we were kicked out of sitting in the dining area because we had not ordered food from them when we had three kids already sitting there. We had to clean up our food and move. The funniest part, there were only two other people there and they only had drinks. This was very frustrating. There were many other open tables to sit but we werent allowed. They directed us to eat in another area where there were no tables!!!!! The bathrooms were small. The person working up front was very nice! I would not recommend staying here.

From the minute you walk in the door, the foyer is clean and welcoming. Check-in was efficient and swift. The room has plenty of wall plugs and desk space. In-room coffee and microwave. The pool area is a bit small but there were a lot of people using the pool. I like the cook to order breakfast. Light dinner and drinks at night was nice. There is a 7-eleven super close, within walking distance.

This hotel is very convenient for my needs. I sometimes fly in later in the evening after the food service is closed, so it would be nice to have an option for a glass of wine (within concessions) in the lobby. I would love to be able to purchase an individual small bottle of wine when checking in late.

I stayed here for about 4 days. Every day the staff was extremely friendly. Even the housekeeping was very friendly when I would pass them in the halls.I ate in the dining room three times and it was always delicious. I actually HAD to get their chicken pot pie two days in a row because it was just that good. It’s one of the best I’ve ever had. Plenty of meat and vegetables, and the flavor is just amazing.If I could afford to live here full time, you’d find me in the dining room every night.Lastly, kind of random, but two days after I began my stay, the gentlemen at the front desk still remembered my name and greeted me as I passed. Very impressive taking into account just how many guests they have going in and out.

The construction was not fun, but once at the motel we were very happy with the friendly staff and the clean modern room. We met with friends who were traveling through town and ordered drinks from the Bistro. The server was very friendly and made sure our orders were made exactly how we wanted. He even offered to go next door to the gas station to get coke as he only had Pepsi on hand.

If youre looking for a modern, comfortable, and spacious hotel to stay at in Lehi, the Courtyard is the place. At the very beginning the staff makes you feel at home. Nadhia at the check-in counter is very helpful and informative. Once you arrive at your room you will be greeted by modern furniture. The bed and pillows are to die for and the TV is great for watching sports wherever you are in the room. The bathroom is also updated and modern. The shower is huge and has great water pressure. If youre interested in food and beverage service after work, the bar in the lobby is great.

Good business hotel.

I had a two night stay at The Courtyard Marriott in Lehi, Utah. It will be my hotel of choice when traveling to this area from now on. The staff is friendly and the rooms are elegant. Better set that alarm as there beds are so comfortable you will not want to get up. I enjoyed an evening beverage sitting in front of the fire outside in a comfortable chair. To top off the perfect night I sat in the jacuzzi. Plenty of snacks to enjoy at the snack center ....after the jacuzzi I bought an Italian berry flavored ice with frozen custard dessert and savored that in my room. I cant say enough good things about The Courtyard Marriott. You wont be dissapointed.

Extremely disappointed with the Starbucks Coffee in the Lehi Thanksgiving Point Courtyard Marriott!!We ordered 2 Caramel Macchiatos to go and we’re driving down the freeway, went to sip on some, what I was was hoping, sweet caffeine and to my surprise, cold...cold...cold :/Not enough time to go back and not enough time to find another place for good morning java!!! Things like that kinda ruined the morning and set a negative tone for my day!

Every single staff member at the hotel looked like they enjoyed their job and made us feel very welcome. I stay at this hotel every time I make a trip to Utah for business or for fun!

The Courtyard Lehi at Thanksgiving Point offered a stylish, comfortable experience with every amenity you could need at a reasonable price. Staff was helpful and warm, showing enormous pride in their work and conducting themselves professionally, from the front desk to the kindly folks that manage daily upkeep. The convenient location is close to premium outlet shopping, national parks, museums, and other cultural attractions. There are a number of restaurants and take-out locations within walking distance or just a short drive away. Parking is plentiful and free-of-charge.I would recommend this stay to anyone who plans on spending one night or many nights in the Lehi, UT area.

The rooms were like new and pretty clean. Parking was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for anyone with business on the north end of Utah County. There were only two problems: a) There was no bathtub option, and b) We would have expected some kind of included breakfast for the price we paid.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful and checked me in early and quickly. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine.The best part of my stay was the shuttle driver, GLORIA. She was so sweet! She took me over to Lehi so that I could shop and then picked me up when I called her. I didnt have to wait... she was wonderful.

The staff at the front desk are great. The property is great. The rooms are great. The staff at the café need significant customer service training! On the first morning, the girl at the register was stoic and colder than the January wind outside. The only thing colder than the cashier, was the premade food they served us. The French toast, the bacon, and the syrup were ice cold. That is not an exaggeration. We asked the other girl to please warm up the syrup so that we could choke the food down. She did. Halfway through the food, we were thirsty, so we asked the cashier where we could get something to drink. She nodded towards the fridge on the counter. I asked her if it was part of the free breakfast. She nodded that it was. When I asked her why she didn’t tell us that to begin with, she pretended to be busy and turned away. While, waiting for the elevator, there was a young girl cleaning the elevator doors. She overheard me telling my family that it was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Marriott. She quickly stood and asked what she could do to remedy the situation. The hotel needs to promote her and give her a raise. She could train new Marriott employees on customer service. The next morning, I was the only customer in line at 7 o’clock and I placed an order to go for breakfast sandwiches. A new girl was behind the register. When I returned 10 minutes later, she and the cook seemed confused, and the food was not ready. I cleared up the confusion about not having arugula on any of the sandwiches. Sadly, I went over it with her three times while placing the order. She simply could not understand that we did not want arugula on any of our four sandwiches. When I returned later to get the sandwiches, as we had our vehicles ready to leave, I still had to wait, but they did not have the fruit cups even prepared. We left without the fruit. During this stay, we saw the absolute best customer service, and the absolute worst. I would never stay at the property again. If anyone in regional Marriott management sees this review, please give the girls in the elevator doors early early Saturday morning a promotion and a raise. Her name was Sara.

I found the room at the Courtyard Lehi at Thanksgiving Point to be well worth the rate. My room and the entire facility was clean and very nicely maintained. It was in excellent proximity to the locations I needed to go as well as dining and fun things after hours.

Hotel was clean and the area offered a lot to do. The Brick and Canvas event and spa area is a short walk and it is beautiful. Good take off point to explore Happy Valley and the Greater Salt Lake Area.
