I have been using Lift Local for 12-14 months now and Ive have Superb results. I went from 3 google reviews to 119 reviews. Clients get referrals, but in the new time NOW,,,.. they get 95% reliable referrals from social media/google etc. A large percentage of our referrals come from Google. Why... Its specifically because of our relationship with Lift Local and what they are doing for us... Thank You Lift Local and the professional Team!!!!

1-Star.Failures:- Didnt cancel service when asked (instead they cancelled that service & starting doing some other service instead of terminating the relationship as requested)- Did not scrub client list as promised which lead to sending offensive emails to client based on inappropriately addressed clients. When brought to Lift Local attention no real apology was offered for mistakes.- Challenging to talk to and get problems resolved in timely manner.- Not a great value for the services provided. Alternative companies will cost a fraction of their cost.- They lost access to our Google account (which is were paying them $200/month to update) for 5-months before they said anything about regaining access. Please explain what I was paying for if you didnt have access to post/edit. Or what was discussed in the monthly update calls.- The only way I seem to get any response from this company is via Google Reviews.- Now going on over a week of waiting to hear back on how they will cancel my service and issue refund.Update:Had a call from Lucas the CEO today & we discussed the challenges throughout our tenure with Lift Local. He seemed genuine in his apology and concern for the success of his clients & employees. For this I will amend my rating to 2-stars.Ultimately they did get us Google Reviews, however their customer service failures and overall value for this 2nd product do not justify more stars.

My initial professional relationship with lift Local started off a bit rocky. However, upon my complaint they were immediate in response and able to remedy my situation. They use a caller ID spoof so their number does not pop up, that should have been the first sign! After many months of using them we had zero return on investment. We are asking for a refund of the last month, but they disappeared. I see no value to my agency and they can show no value when asked. They do great with AUTO PAY!!! So I gave them 2 stars!Follow up: After this post, I was contacted by the company. They wanted to make sure we had a better relationship, understanding and offered to refund more than just one month (I have been given 3 months refund) The manager acted professionally, kindly and generous.
