I signed up with agencyVA wanting help with marketing/advertising the agency and help with servicing it. I was excited to start with the company so they could help my agency grow.I was promised that I would be provided with a representative that could help with insurance marketing/advertising and servicing. AgencyVA advertises that they hire, train, and manage insurance representatives. There are two trainers, a manager and an individual assigned to do the work on your account. I was assigned a representative that unfortunately had no experience or training in insurance. When I tried to reach out to the trainers to see what is going on, I only received a response from the manager, who seemed to have too much work to be able to take care the assignments on my account. AgencyVA told me that the training would take about a month and during this time, if there were any tasks that needed to be taken care of immediately, they would be completed by the experienced trainers who were helping train the individual assigned to my account. This did not happen. The tasks were sitting in a cue until I took care of them myself. I was told that the initial payment I made would cover the tasks, the hiring training and managing of the representative. Later when I cancelled the service because I was not provided with what was promised and what was advertised on the website, I was not refunded and told that this was now a setup fee that I had signed for. I even asked the sales representative ahead of time if there were any procedures or requirements to cancel and they said no. I was also told that I would be getting daily updates on the work that was being taken care of and the progress that was being made by the trainers. This also did not happen. I had to spend most of the day training the representative and doing the work myself and could not take care of the work I had to do. When I spoke to the rep who signed me up about my issues and asked for a more experience representative, they told me the one I needed was now more expensive than they originally quoted me because of the high demand and that they would only have a more experience representative in a couple of weeks.I see that one of the reviews is by the representative that got me to sign with AgencyVA and imagine that most if not all the reviews are by friends or employees of this company. If you are an insurance agent who is looking for a company with experienced reps to handle insurance work. This is NOT ANYWHERE close to what you are looking for.

I looked into other Virtual Assistant agencies, but eventually chose Agency VA because of the cyber security software that they have created. It ensure me that my data wont get lost. My VA came with a trainer and manager to help him learn my systems quickly. It has been great!
